            I bought my car 2 years ago from this place of business, and when i went to have my car serviced at ******* They informed me that the back left rear break had ************* on the guide pins. So, i went to Toyota to discuss this matter and get it resolved ************************* did not try to help. He asked where my car was i told him it was at ******* because im in a loaner. he asked why would i take it there. He did not care at the fact my life was in danger with this mess up wouldnt give me the information in who wouldve done it. I guess because im a female. I asked for his bosses information and he told me his name was *****************. I asked for his number he told me i can call. This is not the first time have got over on someone or tried too. They put my friend that I referred to them in a car that has been wrecked on the front end without the car fax. They actually gave her a new car. I want my problem resolved. But it seems since im a female they dont care and they already have their money .

            I had gone in to get an oil change and ended up with an $800 bill. The service guy presented prices in a misleading way, even though I told him I couldn't spend more than $100 over the price of the oil change. I should have talked to the service manager before I left, but I was so upset I needed to get away from the situation. I will give the Marty W***** credit...he has tried to make it right. I now have a HUGE credit rather than a return of funds. I can't say I'll work with that CSR again, but I appreciate the efforts of the Service Manager to make things right!!! I'm looking forward to Mr. W***** and his team becoming a team I trust with my car!!!!
