I had gone in to get an oil change and ended up with an $800 bill. The service guy presented prices in a misleading way, even though I told him I couldn't spend more than $100 over the price of the oil change. I should have talked to the service manager before I left, but I was so upset I needed to get away from the situation. I will give the Marty W***** credit...he has tried to make it right. I now have a HUGE credit rather than a return of funds. I can't say I'll work with that CSR again, but I appreciate the efforts of the Service Manager to make things right!!! I'm looking forward to Mr. W***** and his team becoming a team I trust with my car!!!!Review from Jamie H

On 5/16/2023, Christian K*** sold us a 2015 ****** Sentra. This is the third car I have purchased from your dealership (2nd with Christian as the salesman). Christian’s knowledge pertaining to vehicles is amazing. Christian went above and beyond to help us and was able to answer all our questions. This is my sons first car purchase and he was very impressed with the treatment he received at Gallatin Toyota. Thank you to Manager Jake T****** and Christian K*** for making this a simple purchase. This is the was car sales should be and I commend your entire team (even Carl A*******) for amazing service that my family always receives.Review from Charity S

Not even one star- bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla SE with 3360 miles on it on June 1 2020. There is rust on the hood that I've been trying to get fixed for 21,000 miles- spent many hours in dealer with appt to sit for hours and the "paint guy" never to show. The car should be buffed and then painted #1... not just painted over for the rust to spread and resurface. After several wasted appts and phone calls- they sent me to *************** for an estimate. After the estimate I called to follow up... it is 10/21 at the time and they tell me at the dealer (Toyota or Gallatin) that *************** no longer does work for them. More wasted time for me....they then proceed to tell me that they are currently working on finding another body shop to work with. It is now May 2022.... I left Marty a VM for him to yet again blow me off and have Courtney call me back. She tells me they have no one and I can go to Bowling Green KY Toyota or ****** Toyota in Nashville for them to take care of it. I have called the Toyota Manufacturer 3xs on this issue also. As of today, 5/4/22, Marty is supposed to call me and tell me of a local place I can go to. Also I have an on going tire pressure light that comes on. I have taken the vehicle in several times for this also. They can't explain the issue... one time when I went in, Courtney argued with me that it just meant I need to put air in the tires.... If I need to put air in my tires on my 2020 vehicle- then I am thinking something is wrong. Carl luckily was walking by and told Courtney the same... so they did look at the vehicle and told me I have an extreme amount of lbs of air in the tires. There must be a fairy in my neighborhood putting air in peoples tires, because I never ever have. This place is a joke- this is my second Toyota Corolla- I bought the first one brand new in Indiana... unfortunately, because of Toyota of Gallatin- I will not buy another Toyota again in this area- because I will have to continue with them.

Service Manager contacted customer and apologized. Dealership then when to customer's home to pick up vehicle and got the problem resolved. Customer seems satisfied with repair. Service manager followed up again to make sure customer was satisfied with repair and apologized again.
