We obtained an estimate for my aunt's pool to tile and paint it from *** W****. He asked for $**** deposit and we gave it to him but then a week later he said he needed another $**** for the materials and pool paint. We had already purchased the tiles ourselves so that was not apart of it. Him and his son only showed up at * pm every other day for 3 weeks and we gave them a deadline of June 17 to finish. They never showed up. They were wanting another $**** above the quote and never bought the paint from the other money we gave them. Now they are ignoring us after calling and texting them to refund the paint money or deliver the paint. They are completely fraudulent and do not give them any money!!Initial Complaint

On August 2nd, 2021, I wrote a check in the amount of $******** as half payment for a pool cover . I was told the cover would be delivered and installed within 6 weeks. Mr. W**** cashed my check that day. After four months and many unanswered phone calls trying to determine what the status of the pool cover was, I have found that it has never been ordered. When I questioned Mr. W**** about this, he gave me excuses that simply made no sense. Finally, on November 12th, I contacted Mr. W**** and requested a reimbursement of my deposit and was told he would refund the money to me, but he did not have the money at the time and I would have to wait. Obviously, he cashed my check, spent the money elsewhere and did not have the funds to order the pool cover. In addition to that, he has made up ridiculous excuses over the past several months to delay the problem. After reading previous reviews from other customers detailing their problems with this company, it is now obvious that Mr. W**** has a history of deceit.Initial Complaint

*** W**** received a check in the amount of $****** on August 16th to start on the installation of retainer wall and to finish installation of ********** pool located at 215 ******** East Ct. Springfield, **. XXXXX. Mr. W**** and son visited the site location (3) times installing inlets for the pool, setting up pump, and taking measurements. September 9, 2021 was his last site visit. Since this time he has made promises to have equipment delivered and to start on retainer wall but now he is not answering or returning any calls.
