This company sent out two workers to open and clean my pool which they did not do. They then came out because they told me I needed a new motor (I didnt) and when they encountered another issue, instead of communicating it to me they continued with work I would not have authorized. They then have the audacity to send me (even though they have the wrong name) an invoice (the first one Ive received). The funniest part is they put the due date as the same day it was printed and had a byline that interest would be charged every day after the due date. These people are true scam artists and these are bogus charges. They need to adjust the bill to $0.00 as thats the amount of work their employees did. *******************, bogus company.Business response

We strive to provide excellent service, and we regret that our recent visit did not meet the customer's expectations. Upon reviewing the complaint, we acknowledge that there were areas where our communication and execution could have been better.
In response to your concerns:
1.Pool Opening and Cleaning: We apologize if the initial service did not meet your standards. We are committed to ensuring that our work is thorough and complete.
2.Motor Replacement: Our technicians recommended a new motor based on their assessment. We understand that the customer may have differing opinions, and we would like to address this directly with them.
3.Communication Issues: We regret that additional issues were not communicated to the customer before proceeding with work. This is not our standard practice, and we have used this incident as a learning opportunity to improve our communication protocols.
4.Billing Concerns: We apologize for any errors in the invoice, including the incorrect name and the immediate due date. This was an oversight on our part, and we will rectify it.
We have tried to reach the customer and had left a voicemail to schedule a visit to reassess the situation and find a resolution. We would like to visit the property to inspect the pool pump motor and address any outstanding issues.
While we are eager to resolve this matter amicably, we believe that zeroing out the entire balance is not a reasonable request given that services, including the pool opening and motor replacement, were rendered. However, we are open to discussing a fair adjustment to your bill based on the work performed and the issues identified.
We value this customer's business and hope to find a satisfactory solution. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange a visit or discuss this matter further.

I am rejecting this response because: services were not rendered and we had to hire another company to do the job. The bill should absolutely be zeroed because your guys didnt do what they were hired to do.
