    This company has had my vehicle in for repair for the past 15 weeks. July 20th is when I took it in and I have been without a vehicle ever since. My engine needs to be replaced. It has been approved by the warranty to have this done and yet STILL has not been completed. When they started to "work" on it, they broke my motor mount and caused another week of delay. But they received the part to fix this over 3 weeks ago and have still not fixed it. Everytime I call and FINALLY get to speak to someone they just keep telling me I will be able to pick my vehicle up next week. I've been told this 3 times now. I cannot go another week without my vehicle.

    Service Department… Her name was Anna. I was simply having a second key programmed. As I was paying, she had the one paper with my price to pay then took out a second sheet of paper and stated that I needed to sign the check-in. She highlighted the signature areas in both sheets and paper clipped the second sheet under the first with only the signature line visible. The first sheet was for $180 and the second sheet(check-in) showed an additional $75. I pulled the sheets apart and asked her what it was. She picked it up, put the second aside and said nothing. Then I was checking to ensure the second key fob was working and they had to take my car back to maintenance for a few minutes. as I was pulling out, I noticed the sensors for my tires had been fixed because it had just turned a little cold, and they had started to indicate air was needed. I thought how nice of them they fixed this for me. when I checked my vehicle settings, they had put 48 in my left front tire 38 in the front tire and my back two tires at 28. I truly believe this was purposeful.Yes, Anna brought my car to me the second time.
