After placing the order, within hours afterwards.. ..the funds were deducted from my account as expected.
I gave my card information, my name, my address, etc...
I then gave the address to be SHIPPED TO in Texas.
I tried 4 times over the course of several days via e-mail to get confirmation, tracking etc, to which I got NO REPLY...from any of my inquiries.
Then today, from out of the blue...UPS delivers the package to MY HOUSE IN SC.
The invoice, we learned via a call from Texas, was sent to whom the jelly was supposed to be shipped to...in TEXAS.
So much for surprise.
No web site, and no order "form" was available after my initial e-mail, telling me to just "call it in".
My suggestion is the provide an actual order form, or at a minimum, an e-mail CONFIRMING CORRECT INFORMATION. - Good Jelly I'm sure, but if I ever get more, I will go there personally so I know I will get what I want, and WHERE I want it. My 1st "on-line" experience with them is my last.
As I said, I'm sure it's great Jelly, but this business has room for major improvement on the actual ordering process, or the people doing it.
