  I was given a jar of their Tickles dynamite cinnamon moonshine for my birthday, I opened and tried it, it was just so sweet like syrup, I doubted it could be even the 70 proof that they sold it as and is on label. I brought out my hydrometer poured some straight from the jar into the tube and dropped in the hydrometer. 0 it read 0 alcohol! My brother was charged $25 for a worthless jar of syrup! I emailed them and even sent pictures of the jar and showed hydrometer in the syrup reading 0. They basically called me stupid and said if I wanted to send the jar back they would pay postage, test the jar themselves and tell me there is nothing wrong. Never even tried to offer explanation,refund, replacement or apology. As I said just basically called me dumb and said I could send it back, with no refund or apology. They flat out scammed my brother and Lord only knows how many others. I feel disrespected and know I was cheated, and they don't even care, or make any attempt to correct.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/09) */ A hydrometer will not work with our flavored moonshines -- the additional flavorings and sugar change the viscosity, which prevents the hydrometer from reading the alcohol content. I can assure you that we go to great lengths to test the quality and consistency of each batch. We are sorry you found this particular product too sweet for your taste. You would probably prefer one of our more "traditional" products such as our Silver Cloud moonshine. I do not believe that it is possible for a 70 proof liquor to register zero, by the standard accepted test method of a hydrometer. I also have tested flavored moonshine from Old Forge Distillery and they test as labeled. So your explanation does not make sense. And how could you sell something that can't be verified as claimed! Consumer has the right to know they are getting what they are paying for. I think I should just post my pictures showing the zero reading and let the public decide whether to believe your words or their own eyes.
