            We had a wedding at the Chapel at the Park on 7/3/21 we paid 159.99 for a picture package, the flash drive we were given was faulty and when I emailed to get a replacement at the cost of the flash drive and shipping and they are requiring me to pay the total again 159.99, which was the cost of the total of the original photo package that included the photographer, pics and flash drive. I've had several emails with *** at the Chapel with no success. I even mailed a new flash drive with a paid envelop to ship back. and he continues to tell me that I need to pay the 159.99 again. I would like to know what constitutes $159.99 Please help me settle this, I would gladly pay the shipping and the time it takes to upload photos on the drive but to pay the total amount again is not feasible.             I was supposed to get married on May 12, 2023. The wedding has been called off. I chose this place to have the ceremony. When talking to their representative I was thorough in asking about policies including refund policies. I was told if I gave enough notice were something to happen I’d get a refund on my deposit. Today I called about getting my deposit back. They refused to give it back claiming they have a non refundable 72 hour policy and they sent it to me in an email. I didn’t get the email till AFTER I paid my deposit and settled everything with the representative. I was MISLEAD and LIED to by this company and they have REFUSED to admit their wrongdoing and refund my money.
