I sought out the services of Renew Wellness spa in **********,** for a colon cleanse. I've never visited the place& knew no one there. I made an appointment over the phone on March 9th,2022. I had to give a deposit of $25.00 for a one time session at the cost of $85.00. My appointment date was set for March 15th. On that day 3/15 I was called to say I needed to reschedule because they had an emergency. So we rescheduled for March 19,2022. So I get there& have the session... Things went well. ****** the owner sold me another 2 sessions at a total to pay that day of $150,Given that I needed to come every week for the cleanse to be successful. The next available appointment was March 29th,2022. That date came& a person called me to say she had an emergency I need to reschedule for April 6th. At this point I became disappointed in the pattern of Emergencies. I emailed per the company instructions... I asked for a refund of the 2 sessions that I paid for because scheduling was a complicated situation for Renew Wellness Spa . No one answered the email or called. I emailed the next day. Still no reply . I emailed March 29th March 30th ,April 1st and then I just emailed again May 13th. Not one time did I cancel on them, they repeatedly cancelled on me. They are not accommodating although their hours are until 6pm or 7pm daily. This is *********** just want my money back at this point. I'm afraid for my well-being, I cannot take any services from this business bc I don't want to be hurt or worse. This business scammed me or etc. Please help. They took my money& only provided 45mins of servicesCustomer response
