I have been going to The Shot Nurse in ******* for quite some time to get a B12 shot (only). I went there on 10/21/20323 to get a B-12 shot. After I paid the $25 for the shot, I was instructed by an RN to have a seat in the chair, while she administered the shot. While the needle was in my arm, the RN said "Oh! I am giving you the wrong shot." I said "What????!" She stated, "Wait a minute. Let me find out from my manager what i should do." I asked what she had put in my arm. She said it was a Japanese vaccine. i was furious! Never did a manager come out to even talk to me. I demanded that I get a letter on company letterhead stating what she had done. I did get the letter.Later on that day, I started vomiting and had headaches. A little later that day, I had chest pains and my hand started paining and my finger started swelling and pain came in my hand. I went to the emergency room for my chest pains and was there from 4:30pm until about 9:30p. Last night, I started throwing up again and was unable to sleep. I started having panic attacks.This is totally unacceptable. I want to be compensation for what I am going through.Business response

Better Business Bureau:Please withdraw this complaint, as the issue has been resolved. The owner has been absolutely understanding, sincere and accommodating. Also, I ask that you do not post my complaint online.
