Researching on line for hotels and as I made reservations at a different hotel I had noticed that there was a charge for this hotel as well. I contacted the hotel and the booking agent and was informed that I would be credited in the amount of $158 this was on 1/13/2023 . I have made several attempts to collect my money without successBusiness response

We have NO record of a reservation in your name. Please provide a confirmation # of your reservation as well as proof of ** billing you. Again, we have no records of a reservation in the name of *****************************. If you booked the reservation at another Holiday ********** we are not privy to that information. You can call 800-HOLIDAY and find out which property may have billed you.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and this was mistake on my part but the reservation was made under my husbands name, ***************************;
