Im a customer of ******************** Farm ********************************************* office on ********************** called for a quote from a ********** in his office and decided the quote he gave me was too expensive and I declined from taken the quote but because I was already a customer and have a card on file he did not cancel the quote and charge me 488 dollars,he states that he has to wait on underwriting but its clearly his fault he should have not charge me and even the vehicle that I had insurance with them on was canceled on June 24 and they charged me again full amount (why) if he had taken it out of the system they should not have charged me for another month when it was canceled last month please help me with this I needed that money to pay my rent and they are making me late and possibly evicted because of there neglectBusiness response

I have attached my personal statement regarding the matter along with a timeline of events and communications between ***** and I.
I have also attached the State Farm corporate response to the Department of Insurance.
