Feb 9, 2021:. Paid $520 to have several plumbing issues resolved. March 31, 2021:. Two of those issues started again. In addition, discovered that hardware was not placed correctly in one of the showers. Contacted owner and then continued to try to reach him via Voice Mails on 5/31, 6/25, 6/29. In addition, I reverted to text messages over past many months to attempt to schedule a revisit as well. Text messages sent on 6/25, 6/29, 7/22, 7/28, 8/14, 11/5 and today - 11/8. Each message requesting that he contact me to schedule a revisit. The only reply received to any of the above was on 6/29 in which he advised he was on vacation for two weeks. And the 2nd reply received on 7/28 in which he did not answer my call but texted to ask if he could call me back. I quickly replied - yes, no problem. However, never received a call back on that date...nor any other time during my attempts over the last 6 months. Request for resolution: Owner contacts me to schedule date for revisit of what I have already paid for and makes final corrections and repairs.
