This broker, *******************/Heritage Homes has not fulfilled broker's duties on behalf of me as a seller. I am not happy and have asked that my listing and agreement be released. The realtor has agreed to release my listing. However, the broker has refused to release without a brokers fee even though the duty has been breached. I am not happy with the level of services provided. The one thing that has been done on my behalf is listing in the local, MLS none of the other things that is supposed to be done even though they were aware of my deadlines due to a relocation date for work. My home was listed for 70+ days and best practices were not followed. Because of this I will have to pay for two places to live. Several local agents/brokers have said that best practices were not followed and according to comps in the zip code, my home should have been advertised and sold by now. I do not believe this broker deserves a fee because work was not done on my behalf from a brokerage standpoint causing me to loose money. I am trying to avoid having to get an attorney and reporting further.
