      I ordered a pair of sunglasses. I asked if they will still under warranty. I was told the frames were Lifetime warranty. I sent a picture of the sunglasses the hinge broke. He said that the hinge is only under 1 year warranty. I said the hinge is part of the frame, he said no it is not. Then he asked if I wanted to send them in for repair. I said sure. I had to email the company and ask for a label to send them back. He said we do not repair sunglasses. I said the person I talked to through ******** messenger said he was the owner and to send them back for repair. He said we do not repair sunglasses. I messaged the guy on ******** and he said no he said he was going to replace them but since i threatened him he was not going to replace. I have 2 seperate messages saying repair. I did not threaten. I said I was going to report him if he did not fix this issues with the broken sunglasses. They blocked me from ******** and stopped responding to emails.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/05) */ Our frames have a limited lifetime warranty. The hinges and lenses have a 1 year manufacturing warranty. I discussed this with customer and she asked for supervisor. As a owner I monitor every message that comes through and I answered her by saying I am the owner would you like to send in? Her comments were you are not professional and I guess. Very next comment is I will not buy from your company and tell everyone. She then goes to every post we have on social media to post negative comments and threats of telling everyone. Our glasses are Italian made with ***** lenses. The best you can buy. I have offered her 50% off a new pair or we can repair the glasses for $110. These options are very reasonable and outside of what we normally offer for anyone. I did not comment on********* telling people the glasses were junk until after the fact of you stopped responding to all correspondence and blocking me. Me telling you I was going to report you to *** is not a threat. You told me to mail them in for repair. Asked where to mail them in for repair and was told you all don't repair. I have all the messages to prove this. Lifetime warranty on frames should included the entire frame not bits and pieces. Your glasses are junk for 200 and you are the rudest owner I have ever met. Why would I spend another 100 on another pair when you are so mean. I wouldn't give you $1. I'm not spending another dime after being lied to and treated so bad. They are not out of warranty when I have a picture stating Lifetime warranty ok frames. I have proof of emails and ******** messages saying you would fix them for free.
