              This florist created 3/4 of a bouquet for a funeral I attended on 2/20/22. The entire back of the bouquet was flat with the backside of greenery with NO flowers whatsoever. In addition, the flowers that were there began wilting on Monday (2 days later). After the funeral I called Vicki @ Scentiments-the same person who took my order & delivered the flowers- & voiced my concerns. She responded by talking about how long it took her to deliver them & that the "style" was contemporary & most people like it. When I commented that it was hard to believe most people liked 3/4 of a bouquet, Vicki told me I was rude, she wasn't going to allow me to ruin her morning, & there was nothing she could do to make any type of resolution for my problem. This is horrible customer service period; and, especially in light of the event being a funeral where people are already trying to come to terms with grief. I would certainly not recommend this florist to anyone. Thank you.
