This company promised me a Pay for Deletion letter upon receipt of payment. I withheld my end of the deal by paying the balance in full but sadly RentDebt Automated LLC is now refusing to send the Pay for deletion letter. Be aware based on their ****** reviews this is not the first time they have done this. I would appreciate if this company made this situation right. This is holding up my home-buying process and the customer service agents clearly do not care at all.Review from Antoinette p

This collection angency never attempted to contact me about a debt that was sent to them for collections. They never attempted to collect the the debt and reported my account as delinquent claim that they called me and sent mail to an address I never lived at. When I asked for verifying proof that they attempted to contact me the representative Told me that they dont provide verification of their their attempted to collect a debt. I only settled the debt because I kept getting denied from apartments for a debt I had no knowledge of. I hope I can *** for defamation and emotionally damages. In fact I am going to look into that. I understand that the persons sending you to collection dont have to let you know, but collections not letting you know that you have a debt when its their job to inform you of the debt should be illegal.Review from Josh B

This place refuses to send letters of deletion for your credit report. I had about 7 others I was easily able to work with and delete but this place doesn't give a crap.Review from Kelly S

Hello, I have tried multiple time to settle a debt with this company for years. I called a few times and have not heard anything from them. I wanted to settle only to have a agent laugh about my situation of making payment to them. Giving them 100% of all I have left to my name. I have little funds due to my soon to be ex husband depleting our savings account. I have not received any information on resolving the account.Review from Tammy N
