      I am unable to recommend Sundek of Nashville. We had our patio done about 3 ½ years ago and have had some real fading issues with the colors under the covered patio. Also, when they were applying the surface, it turned a milky white when they put they sealer on. They had to strip the sealer off and while stripping they sprayed acid on our new grill and ruined part of the cabinet surface. They did cover the cost of replacement, but it was a battle to get it. Fast forward to today and we have cracks in the surface. Contacted them about getting the cracks filled and painted with us paying for it. We were told we were not a good fit. Apparently, they are upset because they ruined some items during the install 3 years ago and we are bad customers because we wanted it fixed. We paid them over $15K for the patio and I don’t think it was wrong to have it done correctly. As you can see from the email below they state that there are many other resurfacing companies in the area to choose from. I recommend that you do that. ***** *** **** , Great meeting you this morning, and thank you for having us out to bid you on your project. After a discussion with our GM, we can not give you a proposal for the work to be done. Sundek does not believe we would be a good fit for you, but there are many other resurfacing companies in the area to choose from.       I'll start off with I posted a review on their ******** page detailing my concerns and it was removed immediately. 7/2021 Sundek was contacted to resurface the concrete on our front and back porch and garage floors. We were very pleased with the product, the process. During the meeting at our home we, my husband and I picked out colors and it was scheduled in a timely manner. The sales person, Andy G**, explained that it would be warranty against chipping, fading or cracks for the life of the home. My husband and the contractor was present. Well, here we are in Oct of 2022 and we have a hairline crack on the back porch. I called Sundek and asked for someone to come and assess for repair. Waited and took off work to be present 2 weeks later. On 9/12/22 gentleman came out and took pictures and said it wasn't a hard fix. He said some would be out in the next few days to repair. We herd nothing more. On 9/30/22 my husband received an email telling us that it was going to cost $455.00. I forwarded to our contractor. He informed me that he had tried to speak to the sales person, Andy G**, and got no response. He said he was rude and unprofessional. I called and was given Andy G**'s mobile number he answered and I introduced my self. He said he recalled our property. I went on to remind him of the conversation where he explained that the work was guaranteed. He became very aggressively angry and stated he said no such thing. I reminded him that not only did I but my husband and Steve G****** was present. He said he didn't care who heard he did not say that. He yelled in the phone and told me he would never make those claims. I felt overwhelmed and hung up. He was awfully rude to some that spent so much money for a product he sold fabricating warranty details. He owes me an apology and the crack should be fixed.

      We have been reviewing this situation internally since your comment on one of our ******** posts on October 11. The rudeness and yelling you describe are very uncharacteristic of everyone on our team, especially Andy G**. We apologize for this misunderstanding, as our warranty has never covered cracks in the concrete at Sundek of Nashville. As it states on the FAQ page on SUNDEK's website, "if a crack becomes bothersome to you, we will be happy to repair the crack for you for a nominal service charge."

      Furthermore, the second item under the Contractor's warranties on our contract states: Due to the inherent movement in concrete, soil, and wooden structures, and possible lack of structural integrity of this substrate, no guarantee, either expressed or implied, is granted concerning cracks in coating or bond failure adjacent to substrate cracking. If you would like to discuss this situation further and come to a solution as quickly as possible, please call us at (615) 822-7134. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and are taking steps to prevent a situation like this in the future.

      I appreciate the apology and hope that you never have to get a response like this again. I am a professional person, therefore, I know what professionalism means to a company. I would never speak to a customer in the manner Andy G** spoke to me. It was totally different from the conservation when he was selling the product to us.
