      Dear bbb this complaint is to inform that on 10/27/2023 i went to emergency Att *********************** in ***************** I have my insurance with Florida blue which I used to take care my emergency I have it appendicitis serious condition so the doctor order a radiology so the can see the results of the complication so according to Florida if is emergency of serious health I will not get charged for any test they did to me so this company is charging a portion of $169.94 and they send me to collections since I discuss this matter 4 months ago and the promise I will not get any more bill since I should get cover with my insurance because I was emergency please help me ******* hospital has this matter over 4 months ago I dont this and I contact the collections agency today and avoid any collection reporting agencies please help this very important for me I dont anything to this company thank you for your help

      Continuous billing for a hospital service back in December even after insurance information was provided.

      The problem is that to my knowledge, I have never received a first attempt or notified about any billing. Supposedly I used the service of radiology partners, but for what & when, I have no idea. Just this week, I see a negative impact to my credit report from a collection agency for $1,600+. I contacted the collection ************* wouldnt give me any information & hung up on me twice after disclosing that they buy this type of debt for pennies on the dollar & seek payment in whatever method they can without validating this debt. I have health **************** usually send me an EOB, but until a couple days ago, I didnt know anything about these charges. Please have them remove this negative information from my credit report while I seek to find out more about this debt.

      I want to start this off by saying I have never received a first attempt or notified about any billing. Supposedly in 2022 I went to a radiology partners, for what? No clue. Theres no explanation other than I owe over $1,000. I have insurance, insurance usually notifies me of any new billing, costs, etc. never received anything until today. I think its a scam.

      September 2023 I called Radiology Partners concerning a billing error due to the fact that this amount should had been covered under ******** and ********* I was told I would receive a call back. On December 4, 2023 I called again since I had not received the refund or call. I spoke to Rhema and she again said that a check would be sent out for $139.00 and to expect it to take ***** days. January 31, 2024 almost 150 days since I first inquired about this billing error I called again to speak to a representative. It took me five times before I was finally connected to an agent. On the fifth call I was able to speak to ****** and he apparently did not have any record of ********** back in September of 2023 or December of 2023. ****** then proceeded to tell me what ***** had told me back in December of 2023, that it would be another ***** days to receive the refund. I then spoke to a supervisor named *** and she again gave me the same information, it would be another ***** days before I could expect a refund check. I told them this is unacceptable and to please let me know when a check could be cut for my being overcharged for $139.00. She could not.

      Fortunately they contacted me today. I also followed up with a certified letter to the *** a few days ago and that *** be why they offered to send me the refund.

      Imrad Imaging does radiology work for ***************** They also send the bills out.My daughter had some imaging services from them after emergency care last year Once I received the bill I tried to contact them and noone replies or answers the phone.I have tried to establish a payment plan with them, to no avail. I have been trying for weeks to get this resolved to no avail. I called Sentara customer care and informed them as well so they can notate my file.Imrad Imaging has no working phone numbers and no webpage and no email address to contact anyone. How are you supposed to pay if you cannot get hold of anyone via the numbers provided?See similar complaints from other customers here: **************************************************************************************************************************************************

      I have been calling Radiology Partners for 3 years to receive a credit on a double payment I made. I have provided them with evidence of the payments, evidence of the money coming out of my accounts and evidence/information from my insurance provider; yet, they continue to claim they cannot 'find' this extra payment. Every time I call, I can only speak with first line support and am never transferred to a team lead, supervisor or backline billing department. I am always told that I will receive a call back but after 3 years of calling, no one has called back or provided me with my refund.

      I have never been seen at this place, never received a bill, nor have I had any communication from Radiology Partners. I started receiving collections calls and text messages about a balance of over $700. I never heard of/from the collection agency until recently and their reporting to the credit bureau it dropped my score significantly. I looked them up on ****** and the complaints are all bad; about billing issues, a scam, never having received any kind of radiology services amongst other things relating to the same issues I'm having. Unless I see proof of imaging, or some kind of medical records showing I had this service, I'm inclined to believe this is a scam and the agency should be looked into. I have no documentation to upload except text messages.

      In May of 2023 went to Banner Imaging for a mammogram.. They had ordered a 2D and a 3D to be done if and only if they saw something in the 2D! Thankfully nothing seen in 2D !! Went home and received a bill. Called and wasnt told anything about the 2nd test being the hold up. 30 days later another bill called again.. called again and same thing will resubmit to insurance..Called Aug 4 to find out that my insurance wasnt paying for the 3D.. well duh they didnt do it so why would they pay for it. Was told they would escalate this to the appropriate people and it would take 30 -45 days for internal review.. received a collections letter today! They are fraudulently billing for a service that wasnt completed! They have had ample time since June to fix this! Wonder how many other fraudulent charges they have submitted to other insurance companies!

      *********************** ************************************************************************ ************************************************************** 08/14/2023 Re: Intent to File Lawsuit for FCRA Violation To Whom It May ******** It is a crime to threaten lawsuit with no intention of doing so, therefore you can take heed that I am very serious about filing suit against your company. I have sent multiple previous letters to you requesting that you remove inaccurate information from my file and you have failed to do so.Accordingly, I can show a judge that these accounts are inaccurate and that you violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by ignoring my requests to investigate the items. My previous letters (all sent by certified mail) stated my reasons for an investigation and these reasons were not frivolous in any way. under the Fair Credit Reporting Act this disputed item may not appear on my credit report if it cannot be supported by any evidence. 15 USC **** This is not mine. I am a victim of ID Theft and I have included a police report. Please investigate and remove from my credit report.If this FINAL REQUEST does not prompt you to conduct a proper investigation of these accounts in question, and send proof to me of said investigation, I will file a CIVIL SUIT in my county for damages and you can travel to defend yourself. I take my credit very serious and your lack of professionalism and assistance disappoints me. I am well aware of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I intend to pursue them to the maximum.
