-Date of transaction - October 30th 2021 -Amount of transaction- 22.77 -what did the business provide- Nothing they took my money and told me they didn't receive any orders -How did the business resolve the issue- iv called the transaction ******** ******* line and explained the issue and what i was looking for to resolve the issue which was either my order that i paid for or to get my money back and they told me that i had to wait until Monday to have my money back into my account because it was a failed transaction on there end but it went through on my end (money taken out of my account for 22.77) -What i am looking for as a resolution now (i want to get my $22.77 back) which i still have yet to receive as well as $22.77 for each day they failed to come to a resolution resulting in either me getting my money back into my account, a gift voucher for the amount of 22.77 so that i could get my order,or calling to the location and telling them they made a mistake on there end and for the lady working to make my order. as each day i didn't have my money in my account was another day of me worrying about if im going to get my money back or if im either doing the right thing and each day i could have gotten food so 22.77 for each day until resolution as restitution seems more than fare to me.(my lawyer has also agreed that what im asking is fair and reporting on bbb is the right thing to do before going to the next step(which is taking checkers to small claims court.)
