First let me start by saying soo as I drove the car home I noticed a problem with what sounded like water washing threw the dash of the car I turned around and went back to the lot. Tokd then about it they got in and drove it about two miles and back to the lot. The owner told me it was how the car cools the motor. I left and went home. Two days later I call back due to wrench warning light being own, customer service tells me that can't do anything but would make it right after everything with the bank is complete. Now we are into 14 days and they say we will give you $400 to have it fixed . Picked up check and signed some papers I was assuming that was for getting the check. Before I could even get finished getting that done check engine light came on. Spoke to costumer service who was supposed to get back with me the next day I have not been able to move the car since and have only had it 30 days now they don't answer and the one time they did I was supposing to be transferred no one ever picked up I called right back and they picked up and hung up. I feel I was knowing sold a lemon by the costumer service saying don't tell the bank. I recorded all the conversations and am seriously thinking of taking legal actions of the lemon law. Something is very wrong not be able to enjoy a new car for at least two good weeks. I'm going to see if they are going to make it right. Bought as is but those problems couldn't start in one day.First Class Auto Sales LLC Response

*** ****** purchased a 2019 **** Fusion from First Class Auto Sales LLC on 3.18.24. As with any used vehicle, we always recommend that the customer purchase an extended warranty. *** ****** did not choose to purchase an extended service plan, and the vehicle was sold to her As Is/No Warranty. She signed 4 different As-Is agreements, acknowledging that she was aware of this. Shortly after purchase she called the customer service department stating that she was having a minor problem with the car. As a onetime goodwill gesture to the customer, we did pay to have the vehicle serviced. As far as I knew, she was satisfied. It is shocking to us that she would leave a 1-star review when we worked so hard to satisfy the customer. Most car dealerships would have simply pointed to the "As Is No Warranty Agreement" and told her no assistance with repairs would be offered. It is our hope that she will remove this negative review. We performed excellent customer service during and after the sale. We wish *** ****** the best with her vehicle, and I hope we can do business with her again in the future.Customer Response

I'm responding to the response from this business on a review I left. They responded that it was minor issues when in fact it has motor issues, emissions issues and other problems. There is no way these can be considered minor.. I could not purchase a an extended warranty because of wrench and motor light being on 7 days after receiving the vehicle because they were saying these were pre existing problems because of the time frame. I will not change my review to make the business look good when it is notReview from SHAYNETTA P

They were not professional they were harassing calling people ****** ****** called even after we only had the truck for two weeks before my first payment is due Feb-2. They were coming to my boyfriend's job disrespecting him in front of everyone they could have gotten him fired for coming to someone's job just to make a scene. The car lot has everything they need from us for the vehicle our income, jobs, and verifications. I don't understand why are we getting more calls from this car lot threatening people saying they gone see you later in a hostile voice and energy. Also, they said they would take the vehicle and everything has been finalized through the bank to who I pay my car note. They also said we driving in their **** and they would come to pick the car up but I spoke with the bank and they said we shouldn't have any more problems no more. I do believe this is not the proper way to handle business, unprofessional. They do not run this car lot well they should want customers to come with great services, not bad services.First Class Auto Sales LLC Response

In response to the customer's claim, this customer visited our dealership, they applied for auto financing, based on the information they provided we got them approved through a third party bank, and based on the banks approval, we sold them a vehicle. At the time of sale, as we were signing the contract, we disclosed as part of the contract entered into (signed by all parties) a "Conditional Delivery Agreement" which states that 'although the customer is Approved, that there is still an Underwriting process that must be completed prior to the finalization of the customer's loan.' This process includes verification of employment, verification of income, verification of rent expenses, and any other verifications the financial institution deems necessary'. At the time of sale we also had the customer sign as part of the contract entered into, an "Agreement To Cooperate", which clearly states that 'often banks can/will request additional documentation for underwriting purposes and in the event that the bank does request additional documentation, that the customer will Agree To Cooperate in providing requested documentation in a timely fashion so that the bank may complete the customers loan'. As the bank began underwriting the loan, additional documentation was requested. We attempted to contact the customer to acquire the requested documentation however the customer was not cooperative in providing requested documentation. After numerous attempts of trying to reach the customer by phone with no success, as a last ditch effort to keep the loan from collapsing, we did send an agent of the company to their workplace to notify the customer of how time sensitive it is that we receive this requested documentation and that failure to do so will result in the denial of their loan. Had the customer of simply returned our calls or text messages, we would not of had to go to these extreme measures to try and HELP the customer from their loan being denied. Lastly, at no point in time did any associate of First Class Auto Sales ever use the foul or unprofessional language accused of in the customer's claim.
