If I could leave 0 stars I would. On 2/2/24 I had a leak in the shower, it was so bad I had to cut the water off. I called Hometown plumbing in Gray TN. They sent someone out to look at it. First I was told, he had no idea what was wrong after explaining I was trying to change the hardware out in the shower. He went in the basement and came back to sat I need a new hot water heater. He is the professional and me a woman knows very little about plumbing. I asked will that fix the issue? Being told yes. I said replace it. After ********* he came back in to say I needed a pressure reducer valve. He said I cannot get the pressure to go down fast enough. Cost ******** After ********. I was told it was fixed. This was completed after 10pm. During the night I went to the rest room to hear the shower leaking. I called them to come look at it again. Two men came and looked to say, we can't fix it, we don't have kits to do the job. I had to call someone else to complete the job! $500 later my sink o longer leaks. And was told the hot water heater wasn't even what I needed. Shame on you Hometown Plumbing! I feel I need a refund but that will never happen. They are greedy!Review from Marvin K.

Complete rip-off. They try to upsell, upsell, upsell from the moment they get there. Even things that aren't broken. Bad business practice. Tries to take advantage of you for repairs that other plumbing companies charge less than 1/3 the price to fix.
