We bought couch and loveseat, Fowler's delivered first one ripped it before getting off truck. They replaced it within a few months. Then they brought replacement loveseat and within 2 weeks it started messing up and within a month both sides of recliners are broken and headrest sounds like it has bubble wrap in it. Both Fowler's and Ashley refuse to replace it. They only want to replace parts, we didn't buy a refurbished couch and loveseat. We just want replaced with new one or money back on loveseat.Business response

I contacted Fowler's in Alcoa, and they do have a record of purchase for Mr. *****. We operate independently, and should have their on BBB account. All correspondence should go to ****** at Fowler's Furniture in Alcoa (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Business Response /* (1000, 23, 2022/07/07) */ This customer purchased from M & D Greeneville Properties dba Fowlers Express. This has nothing to do with Fowlers Holdings dba Fowlers Furniture in Alcoa or Harriman. It is a completely different company with a different EIN and different owners. Their contact information is XXX-XXX-XXXX. **** E ****** ******* *** ************ ** XXXXX. Business Response /* (1000, 41, 2022/08/04) */ M&D Greenville Properties: Fowlers Express is permanently closed. The manufacturer is willing to pay for the repair. The customer was advised of this. This was the last correspondence that we had with this customer. We never heard back from the customer.
