On 02/19/22. I took my car for the advertised $19.95 oil change. According to their TV commercials they are the home of the $19.95 oil change. When they were done my bill was $53.46. I questioned them about this,the reply was that price is only for cars like 1980 Dawson's that use 10W30 oil. At no time did they advise me the cost was not as advertised.Business response

Purchased a car last October from Chantz Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Greenville Tennessee. Around March of this year 2021 my vehicle was stolen and there were some mechanical issues afterwards I went there with my extended warranty that I had through them and they told me that they do not fix forward even though on their website it states that they fix and repair all types of vehicles and models and also they did not give me when I purchased a vehicle a vehicle history report and me doing further research in the vehicle found many different issues with this vehicle and I would like to know why I was not told about anything why I was told there's nothing wrong with the vehicle there was only 27,000 miles on the vehicle when I bought it and they gave me no answer and have not helped me along the way I'm getting my car fixed we took eight months to get my car fixed at a Ford dealership as well I already complaining with y'all about that and the date did you Purchased a car last October from Chantz Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Greenville Tennessee.
