On 8/15/2022 this company gave me an estimate of $4,161.41 to replace a water line at my home. I accepted the price, the work was done and they were paid in FULL. As a separate transaction and one I was required to pay for with a check to ****** *****, I purchased what they called a “premier club” that was supposed to have certain benefits like same day service, a promised reduced service charge, etc. It essentially meant the company didn’t do anything except take your money. If you did derive any benefits they keep track of them so if you EVER want to discontinue their scam program you pay all that back. It’s deceptive and dishonest and no honest reputable company would operate in this fashion. They’ve contacted me now well over a year after the work was done telling me I owe them money. I don’t owe them anything as they were paid the day they did the work and they have done absolutely nothing since except causing me distress having to deal with their scam.Business response

After you have left us the bad review yesterday on BBB. We responded to your review with this statement .
I hate that you feel this way. It is not a scam. We have a contract for the membership and it states if you deicide you want to cancel you can but you will lose all of your extended warranties and have to pay back the discounts that you received during the membership period. This is not a discount program. It is a maintenance plan where we extend your warranties, we come out the same day when you call us, we do a whole home visual inspection for peace of mind, we lower your service fee to come out, and lastly we give a discount. We hate that you feel this way about the program. Thank you for saying we did great work. We would like to talk about the membership if you will give us a call at your convince.
Then we proceeded to call you twice and you did not answer. We left you a message but still no contact. So you proceeded to leave a bad complaint on two of our locations on BBB. The great thing about BBB we can show your contract that you signed a year ago so please see attached.
