Customer stated she purchased a Hyundai Tucson for ******   the price of the car was only ***** and she chose to add the warranty to the contract.   The car is not branded on the title for structural damage,  it was purchased at an auction and was not announced structural, auto check (see attached)  does reflect a previous accident however cars are fixed everyday with no future issues.   We offered to further check the vehicle for her in our shop an she declined multiple times.

The vehicle she was talking about trading in the chevy equinox,   its auto check reflects an accident has well,  and when she came in she stressed that she didn't feel safe driving it either cause she read the motors go out on them.  We actually paid her ***** for it and the book on it is *****.   So I believe it was a fair deal.

She states that she spoke with the owner '"Tonya"  which Tonya is not the owner,   she spoke to the controller Christina and she did not cuss her,    she explained that they would be happy to have the shop look at her car and she refused.  She stated the warranty she purchased was no good,   however the "Mechanic" she speaks about is her son and the warranty company requires the person filling the warranty to be a certified shop not an individual.    Her warranty is good at lots of places.      We do not advertise a 2 year warranty for free on our cars.  We do offer warranties for purchase price.

Has far has her comments about another customer,   she was misinformed about the situation, but that is not a conversation for this complaint

Mrs. ***** is a nice lady, however i believe she could have some mental instability.

In April of 2023, I paid Unstoppable Auto a car dealership located in Harriman, TN ****** *or a 2006 Buick Lucerne. In the first month that I had the vehicle, it had an oil leak and a sensor in the transmission needed changed, this was all under warranty. They fixed the oil leak when brought to their attention during that first month, but the transmission sensors have still not been fixed and it is now October of 2023. My car has been sitting at their shop for 5 months, meanwhile I have been making car payments which include my car loan and full cover car insurance. I have been making these car payments for 6 months, meanwhile this company has held my car for 5 months. This company during this time has made multiple promises that my car would be fixed by the end of the week, however when I contacted them about the progress of my car each time they said they haven’t started on it, or they would be looking at it a couple days after the original pick up date. This has caused a lot of stress on my income and job security, and is a major inconvenience.

I financed a 2015 Dodge Grand caravan from unstoppable auto in Harriman Tennessee on 12/27/22. Ever since I got it can I've had nothing but problems every month I have to take it back to get something fixed. The dealership has had my vehicle for the last 6 weeks. I've lost work because of this I work for the post office as an arc and I needed the vehicle to get to other postal offices. I went from 38 hours about 40 hours a week to 8 because the closest office is 5 min from my house. The dealership wants $900 in just parts, so I called the owner Mark Harmond and talked to him I explained that my credit isn't good enough to get a loan for the repairs and I started to freak out so he asked me if I could come down to the dealership and work around the shop to pay off the maintenance I agreed and on 04/15/23 I waited for 6 and a half hours at his shop waiting for him to give me something to do. He then pulls me aside and says, " your a good dude you kept your word let me pay you a little something for coming out here and just sitting" I responded with, " you don't have to pay me just put it towards fixing my vehicle all I need is my vehicle back in running condition." He agreed that it be fixed by the following Wednesday 04/19/23. So I called on that Wednesday and his manager picks up the phone cause he's at auction and says "I don't know what agreement you had with Mark but I can't put down $900 worth of parts and just expect that you will do what you say you will come up with the money or don't get the vehicle back" after I said that me and Mark had an agreement that they would fix the vehicle so I could go back to work. Now Mark won't respond to me calls or my texts if I go down to the shop to speak with him he hides I just either want the van fixed, another vehicle that I pay on for the same price I'm already financed out for or the financed loan comes off my credit and I no longer have a loan

      To whom it may concern,

On 12/27/2022 Mr. Gar**** ****** **** *** ****** ***** *****n as cosigner purchased 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan from us at Unstoppable Auto LLC.   At time of purchase *** ****** purchased a warranty to cover his vehicle( see attached copy of coverage). ** ****** used his vehicle for commercial use delivering for the post office.  Which increased the wear and tear on his vehicle. After a few weeks he had an issue with his van from over use of brakes due to stopping and going delivering.  (His master cylinder )   his warranty would have covered this under normal conditions,  however because he was using the vehicle for commercial use( and he told the warranty company this information) the warranty was voided.   Causing *** ******  to pay for the repairs and all future repairs out of pocket.

*** ****** had the 2nd issue in question and returned the vehicle to our shop, the bill (see attached) is 1389.02......with 880.55 just for the parts.  We stress concern with *** ****** and Told him if he would pay for the parts upfront, we would help him with the labor.   He could do some work for us or we would take payments on the labor overtime. We did have him come down on 4/15/23 and the task ( picking stuff up from an auction) fell through that day. However we will give him credit toward his time he waited that day. But not to the amount of this entire bill  ($15 hr. x 7 hrs= $105.00)

We have also sold vehicles to Mr D******* brother and grandmother with no issues. *** ******s step dad ****** ******r has come by to visit and fellowship with us.   He told us that *** ****** refuses to work ( even when his van is working) He stated that *** ****** only wants to work on Sunday.

*** ****** has been behind on his payments the entire duration of the loan.  He has been here several times wanting us to sell the van to someone else.   I believe that *** ****** can't afford the van due to not wanting to work.

I am attaching a copy of the "due Bill" that *** ****** has signed,  as well has "AS IS" ( *** ****** purchased his warranty through his finance company.)

           In summary....

*** ****** is using his vehicle for commercial use with strong wear and tare, stop and go package delivery.   He don't have the means to keep up with the maintenance on the vehicle and is wanting us to pay for it for him.     ** ****** purchased a good USED vehicle from us and under normal wear and tare this vehicle would not have the issues he is experiencing.

Please let us know if you need any further information.
