The day of the repair was Dec 1. Handyman Services came out at 10am and started the repairs. by 4:30pm I was finished with work and came out and asked to see the repairs, but instead they said that they were finished with the repairs and proceeded to kick all the dirt back into the hole before I could see the work that was done. They told me if there are any issues, that it would be on the City of Rockwood's part of the main waste water line and to call them out to fix the rest. The issue was not resolved and the company had actually made it worse. I called the city to come out and said that their end of the main waste line was bone dry and that it was still on my end. So I called Handyman Services back to inform them of the issue and that the job was not resolved, and the owner of the company told me that they would be back out to fix it as soon as possible. Handyman Service has not answered any of my phone calls since Dec. 2 about coming back out to fix their work. I had another plumber come out to inspect the work that they did and the photos included was the work that they had done over the time that they were at my property. In the photos, the PVC piping that was used was not the proper grade pipe to use for that depth or for the waste application. They had also broken more of the existing clay pipe to "fit" their pipe into both the clay pipe that goes to the main line and to the concrete pipe that is connected to my house. They had also attempted to seal the pipes with Duct Tape. I feel like this type of work is greedy, fraudulent, and down right illegal. It has been over 18 days since I last heard from them and in that time, the pipe that they "repaired" has been leaking waste water directly into the ground.Initial Complaint

Aug. 7, 2022 To whom this may concern, On February 2n, this man name Austin P. was suppose to do a roofing job for me. The total he said was $4,635.00. So he said he needed $3,244.50 up front to get material. So I wrote a check and never returned to do the job. He cashed the check the same day. The address he gave was Austin P. (Contractor) *** ****** Lane ********* TN XXXXX I kept trying to reach him on up to March 11 and never responded.Initial Complaint

May, 27 2022 Paied for electrical jobs not completed. Said he would return. But did not. We called repeatedly. He stopped answering the phone. we just want the jobs completed. We do have receipts.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/26) */ The homeowner paid me to replace light fixtures. I replaced all light fixtures the day of service and said I would return to finish installing globes on the foyer fixture and to install a new light that would be required to have all new wiring and boxes and also changing boxes on another light. Doing this isn't part of the bud of just replacing the light fixtures. They are trying to get me to do something that wasn't in the deal and then go as far as acting like it was discussed prior but it wasn't. The deal was to replace the light fixtures as the recipient states. Not adding lights. This homeowner is trying to get something for nothing and in the process ruin my buisness name I have the receipt as well and it clearly states job description. Also the issue with not answering is due to the calling multiple times in a roll sometimes 5-6 times back to back while I was telling them I was doing something. Also homeowner contacted me just the other day stating the Rv plug I installed wasn't working and I went to the residential home and it was working fine it was a issue with there Rv nothing I had done. I have completed everything I have been paid to do and don't want to do any more work in the future for this homeowner they were just trying to take advantage and have the receipt to prove it so no me and my buisness hasn't been paid for work unfinished
