      On 1/31 I paid $280 to have bedrooms and living in this house cleaned. I only agreed to allow them to clean the living room(which was a charge of $120) because the technician stated there was a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (I didn't believe they would be able to clean or rejuvenate the carpet in this room because it was very worn and I had planned on replacing it- but since the technician stated that they stand by their Satisfaction Guarantee there was no risk if the cleaning didn't make a marked improvement) ; as I expected the area looks no better I have sent several emails through the company website but they have gone unanswered Since the Satisfaction Guarantee is presented several times on the company website, it is legally binding and I would like the $120 refund processed as soon as possible.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have not yet received the $120 refund (living room) for the area of work that was unsatisfactory; when a company offers a stated 100% Satisfaction Guarantee it needs to be honored. Again I wasnt even going to have the area cleaned until the technician stated that the Satisfaction Guarantee would apply if it didnt turn out well

      On Friday October 22, 2021 I had an 8am appointment scheduled with this company. The tech showed up an hour late with not so much as a phone call. He was very rude and not knowledgeable at all. When he was finished he was supposed to call me so I could run home and pay him. Instead he calls me once he is already left to get me to pay over the phone. When I get home the carpet was horrible!!!! It was the exact same as before the cleaning. There were little white strings everywhere!!! I either want someone to come and redo this work or a refund!
