This company adopted a dog to my mother in law, and then based on personal issues after payment was made and contract was signed threatened court action unless the dog was returned. My mother in law signed a contract with this business and was in no way shape or form breaching contract. They harassed my mother in law saying it is their policy to not adopt dogs to homes with other dogs or unaltered(neutered/spayed) animals. This was nowhere in the contract that was signed. The only reason this information was available to the business was because of harassment via social media. My mother in law was bullied by this business into returning the adopted animal even though she paid and signed the adoption contract which was not breached. I have reached out to other people who have had similar issues with this business.

We adopted two dogs from this rescue. They were delivered on Sunday, Nov. 21. The crate they were in was too small for two dogs to stand up in, and there was no water or food in the crate. The dogs were filthy as was the pad in the crate. They had been in vehicles for two days for their trip from TX to TN. As pre-arranged by the "rescue" I took both dogs to the Vet they chose for shots, etc. on Nov. 24. Both dogs were still exhausted and one had severe diahhrea. While they were supposed to be neutered, I felt the dogs were not yet in good enough health to undergo surgery. When I attempted to get permission from the "rescue" to postpone their neutering, the representative got extremely angry, verbally abusive and used vulgar language. After all the hysteria, the representative finally agreed to postpone the neutering for a week. We were already suspicious of this "rescue" as we caught the rep in several lies. When we received a reminder of the scheduled neutering, we began to ask for the "rescue's" proof of their purported approved non-profit 501(c) 3 and a copy of their TN license to operate a reputable record. After several emails back and forth, and no proof provided, the "rescue" had their attorney send us a letter demanding we return the two dogs. We had them for 8 days & they were finally thriving and happy and healthy. It's rather difficult to comprehend why a "rescue" who had placed two dogs after vetting us with Vet and personal references would want to remove them after they had finally become comfortable, safe and thriving in our home after eight days? This was a retaliatory act in our opinion because they are neither an approved 501(c)3 as advertised nor do they have a TN license. They refused to send us the final Adoption Agreement as well. They have caused us a great deal of heartache and did not put the welfare of the two dogs first.
