      The Learning Experience is a Daycare that both my children attended. The dates we had our children in this daycare was from July 2023 through the beginning of February 2024. We submitted tuition assistance through ********** aware of America and The Learning experience were approved so my children can receive tuition assistance. The Learning Experience took 6 months to complete the paperwork where it usually takes no more than 30 days and we were finally approved. ********** Aware submitted back pay from July 2023 all the way through December of 2023. Payment was sent to The Learning Experience and the amount was added to our account. ******************** the end of January 2024 did not fulfill an agreement with their director and teachers that the director and most of their staff resigned due to foul play from the owners. This event caused our children to be without care due to staff shortage. After a week of our children not having care we decided to remove our children being that there was a breach of contract and The Learning Experience was not providing the standard care for our children. We contacted The Learning Experience and told them that the back amount ********** Aware sent was due back to us. We received an itemized receipt from ********** Aware and were told that the money was owed to us and that they could not do anything about it, we would have to take it up with The Learning Experience. We have contacted the The Learning Experience and they continue to avoid our calls and stalling with nonsense excuses. We are going through the first levels of trying to resolve this before taking this to court in an effort to solve this at the lowest level. The Learning Experience has all the information with receipt of the total amount ********** Aware sent them. I do hope this can be resolved before it gets taken to the next level. thank you for your time.

      We took ownership of the business on 31/2024, we made contact with the Prior Owners the ********* and they have informed us that a check was issued and chased by the complainant.
