We hired them to put in a stamped back patio, and fireplace. We were also putting a roof over the patio and tied into the chimney, which they did not do but knew we were having done as soon as they completed the patio and fireplace. We had many issues with them, but the main ones were the stamping was done correctly and the finished product looked horrible. The only fix is taking the concrete up and starting over or putting a subpar topping over the existing concrete and re-stamping. They also did not measure placement of the fireplace correctly and instead of the chimney being the loadbearing weight for the roof on that corner, we had to add columns behind it which increased our cost for the roof over $2000.00. They only initially offered $1500.00 off after admitting the stamping was subpar. The correct fix for this would be at least $30,000.00. Again many other things went wrong also, like the stone work on the fireplace had to be redone several times as no measurements were being done and it was horribly uneven and crooked. We had to be the ones,(as the costumer) to tell them the inside of the chimney had to have a fire retardant, like a flu or it would have only been plain brick-a-block which would eventually just crumble and could catch the roof on fire, potentially burning the house down. I cannot say it all here as I wouldn't have the room. They have no attention to detail and it was a horrible experience. We are left with covering the bad stamping up with rugs and furniture. I would never recommend them. I would give Zero stars if it would let me.
