      This is my second time having to file a complaint on this company. I bought a ******* chair from them in December of 2020 (sometime near that time). It has broken so many times now that its been unusable more days than it has been usable. We just wait months and months on end for a part to be ordered. Then months and months for them to have someone come out to fix it. Since they came out several months ago and couldnt fix everything that needed to be fixed, only half of the repairs were completed. We tried to at least sit in it instead of it being a decoration in the living room, and another part broke off of it. This is getting out of hand and is completely unacceptable. Either give us a chair that will last longer than 30 days at a time before breaking, or fix the one we have now the right way and do it now.

      Good morning.....We apologize for the delay in completing your chair repair timely. We depend on Corporate ******** to send us parts when ordered. Not an excuse but a reason for delays from time to time.....The good news is that the parts have now arrived to complete the repair. I have contacted our service department and they will call the customer today with a convenient day for repair.....Thanks

      I will be expecting that call. I do hope they have the additional (cheap plastic black piece) that keeps the chair from rocking while its reclined. As this has broken for the second or third time now as well.

      The company has still not reached out to us. Chair is STILL sitting here broken and unusable. This is their typical response. I havent commented back to see how long exactly it would take for them to call. Its a shame that a company like this that used to be known for quality, would behave like this.
