If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!!! The office manager, Kristie R****** is beyond horrible and should be fired immediately. She lies to patients continuously and is a huge bully. She has left me in tears many times and I am finally done with it. I like my doctor a lot who helped me when I was extremely sick, but I am finding a new one right away. She guesses what your future bill will be and pre charges you BEFORE you even see your doctor. My co-pay is $35 and I already met my deductible back in February; however she tried charging me $89 for my visit. When I corrected her, she said it was from a previous balance which was $25. That previous balance was after I hit my deductible and she still insisted in me paying it in order to see my doctor about my medication I rely on. Then when I finally game in, they said I owed them $89. First off, I think my 7 yr old can figure out $35+$25 is NOT $89!!! Again, they are trying to take more money from me than I owe. This place has had so many complaints about this woman and for some reason, they will not fire her! Something is really shady about this situation! If I were a betting woman, she must have something over this place because if she worked anywhere else, she would have been fired a long time ago! Luckily I am with it enough to catch this kind of thing, but I can’t imagine how many people just believe her lies and overpay for their appointments! It sickens me that she can get away with what she gets away with. Someone needs to check into this place for illegal actions!

I had been seeing the same two Nurse Practitioners for the first 4 years. They were awesome! I can tell you everything has change in my experience. I can hardly ever see my original providers and the new ones they have brought in don't seem to stick around. The office is now filled with promotion for Botox. So is this a health clinic or now a cosmetic treatment place? That's concerning as a patient because you want long term quality care with people you trust to be there long term. In the past two years I couldn't even pretend to guess how many people I have seen come and go working there. Two weeks ago my wife and I caught covid-19. I immediately made myself an appointment and was so happy that I was able to get in to see one of the main providers like I was always able to in the past. The office visit went great just like old times. All my vitals were checked and I was told to go home rest etc. I was not given any prescriptions. However, the provider said if you get worse or don't feel good in five days or so call back immediately and we will call you in prescriptions right away. I asked can I get my normal daily prescriptions refilled and sent in and they said of course. Then close to a week later I began getting sicker from covid. I'll called in just like I was supposed to as soon as they opened. The front desk people assured me they would get the message to my Dr and it would be sent in that day and I explained the pharmacy said they didn't receive anything for my daily refills either. Remember we are in a pandemic and every minute counts! I waited all day for a text from the pharmacy that my medicine was ready. Nothing came through. So I called my Pharmacist and they said we have not received anything yet. So I called back to the Dr office and they assured me someone would fix etc. The next day still no calls so I ended up calling I believe another two times begging for my medicine to be sent in. They told me what was going to be called in and it would be taken care of after several apologies. I waited all day long and still no word from the pharmacy. So I called the pharmacy to ask what's up and they said we still haven't received anything. I was furious and so sick. I mean dog sick. I finally called back to my medical provider and left a very strong message that I was upset, this was unacceptable in a pandemic and if this didn't get rectified immediately I would expose my experience with the clinic. Finally, after that call magically all scripts got sent in after almost 48 hours later at my best guess. But yet they had time to call my wife twice in ten minutes to collect the copay they forgot to get when she went the first time for covid. The final strike came today and it's the most disheartening one for me. Even after all that I still stayed loyal. My wife and I are passed quarantine but still have some sickness. We both made appointments this morning at the same clinic and saw two different people. Both of us were not even prescribed the same thing at all and we have the same symptoms. Then prior to me leaving the head Dr of the clinic whom I had no appointment to see today came into my room before I left, shut the door and proceeded telling me how she didn't appreciate the message I left about exposing their clinic and stated basically if you are not happy with our service maybe you should go elsewhere. She said I was unprofessional trying to talk down to me. I just let her say her peace because I truly don't like conflict. However, Let me see if I understand what is happening here. So I basically called begging for medicine for two days like the Dr told me to with no help and then I had to get ugly to get help that I already paid for and now when I arrive for my follow up care I get closed off in an office, scolded by the head dr and told basically that I could take my business elsewhere when they are in the wrong. That's what you have to say to a loyal patient when you messed up? I'll take my business elsewhere.
