The exact same thing happened to my company as it did to ********** company. We placed an order on August 21st, 2022. Was given shipping and tracking info on September 19th and the out of nowhere it was gone. We had ordered through ********* so I had to dig but eventually found our order and it said canceled. So, I contacted Shop Southern Belle by messenger, since that is the ONLY way you can contact them. All I got back was "Hi! Your order was canceled" Well no kidding, how about a little explanation? Nothing. Rude and unprofessional! Do NOT waste your time! I would give them zero stars if I could!

We as a wholesale company reserve the right to deny business to another company if we do not feel like they meet our standards or will represent our company or devalue it. We accept and deny wholesale applications daily. If we do not think you are a good fit of representation for our brand, we reserve the right to deny an order. After reviewing your social media and having just a few interactions with this customer, we found it on our best interest to not move forward. We were met with a "duh". We do not work with pushy or unprofessionalism. Customer was given a reason as you have to provide a reason from the drop down menu when cancelling an order. You can't cancel an order without providing this as it won't let you. "Retailer is not a good fit for our brand" was chosen which is provided to them within the cancellation email. Again, we reserve the right as a wholesale company to deny an order if we don't think it is a good fit for our brand and this was provided upon cancellation. Also, I'm not sure what is being referenced by "**********" company as we've never worked with a "********** Company".Review from Brandy B

Really bad experience. Expect a label to be made on the very last day of the 4 weeks, and then it to actually show "in transit" on the very last day of the 7 BUSINESS days they list in their policy. Also, if they've oversold and ran out of anything... you paid for 5 weeks prior, that'll randomly be refunded even though you've been waiting on it for FOREVER and ordered it when it was "assumed" available since it was listed for sell on their website. Ridiculous. I am highly disappointed.
