This company sold me an expensive photo package which included digital access.... not even a download. Now they say I have 2 weeks to come up with ($139 + tax I bet) for an actual download code, or lose permanent access to the photos. As in the access I already paid for. They'll throw in the code for free if you spend over $150. The photo prints packages are all over $100 if you want all photos. No matter what, they're demanding another $100-$150 to keep what I literally already paid that much for to have. The download should be complimentary or low cost. The website claims they "have to make room. " Shutterfly keeps stuff for free forever.... with no threats. There was no disclosure about a time limit for paid digital access. Customer service lies about getting back to me and has refused contact. I love these pre school photos but this is exploiting parents. Total scam to force people to double their over priced orders. I even have an email saying I'd get my downloads after the last time I was asked to pay.... and they never sent them. Total scam.Business response

As Teddy Bear Portraits, the company sends promotional emails to previous customers (no problem). They are sending photo proofs of children to email addresses not associated with the child. I am continuing to receive the proof of a child who is not mine and not associated with my email address. There was a one-off mistake that was made when the email address was entered at the camera. We have since then fixed that error as soon as you notified us. No one else received a wrong link. We regret this error was made and we diligently worked on this issue immediately. We appreciate your notification.
