Awful store , I had contacted them prior to my purchase of a item . I asked if it was brand new and unopened they messaged me back yes it's brand new , today the 28th of May 2024 I received a cancelation email . I gave them a call amd there now telling me the item is displayed and opened.... after they told me multiple times the item was brand new .... .

Our website has a disclaimer for all of our statues stating that they have been displayed in our brick and mortar store unless you purchase a pre-order. Does displaying them behind glass make them used? I don't think so but we did cancel your order and refund you once we learned the item had been displayed. You then proceeded to curse out several employees and write us foul mouthed inappropriate e-mails. You are gladly never welcome back. We do not tolerate people like you.Review from Mark O

This business sold me a collectible doll was having issues with shipping at first which they answered my first call then started ignoring me the second and third call then I finally the shipping confirmation from the shop app for doll after waiting The doll was delivered and stolen I have it on camera I I reached out to post Carrier and was told the item which was around 500$ was not insured and nothing could be done Reached out through call multiple times to this company emailed them And still have not received a replacement or call or email Tried to go through the credit card company and they said because it says delivered there was nothing the could do So now I’m out all this money and couldn’t give the gift for Christmas
