Went to this business with my finance to purchase a truck . I made it VERY CLEAR from jump I did not want to co-sign or be apart of my finance loan . Salesman Mr ***** insisted I wouldnt and just needed my info for the sake of INCOME only ! My credit was ran through 6-9 different banks WITHOUT my consent to do so and AFTER I told him I didnt want to be apart of the loan ! This company has false advertisement! The business states they dont run credit and go off of income and residency which is a total lie. The truck was listed for $12,000 but salesman later came back stating it was ****** again false advertisement.

    Re: Response to Complaint #********
    To Whom it May Conceern:
We are writing in response to the complaint filed by Ms. **** ******* **** regarding her experience with **************************, which we take very seriously. After reviewing her claims, we would like to provide a clear explanation of the situation and address her concerns as follows:
Credit Application and *************************** has stated that her credit was pulled without her consent. However, Ms. **** signed a credit application that clearly states:
"By signing, you understand and agree that you are applying for credit. Your credit bureau will be pulled, sent, and viewed by multiple lending institutions in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act."
This document was signed by Ms. **** during her visit to our dealership.  A copy of her signed consent is attached.  Additionally, Ms. **** provided the necessary documentation to move forward with being a co-signer, including her drivers license, her bank statement, and a Department of Veterans Affairs letter, which were part of the application process. All of these documents are attached to our response.

    Use of Credit Reports:
Although we do pull credit reports, it is important to note that this is done to evaluate the financing programs that might be available to the customer. A customer with a high credit score (800+) may qualify for better financing rates, including the possibility of being referred to a credit union, while a lower credit score (such as 400) may result in being directed to different banks that are more flexible with their terms. The purpose of the credit pull is not to decline financing, but to find the best available options based on the customer's credit profile.

Vehicle Price and Advertised ******************** has raised concerns about the advertised price of the truck. It is important to clarify that the vehicle inquired about, a 2019 **** F150 4-door crew cab with ****** miles (VIN # *****************), has been listed on our website since its arrival in February for $26,998. At no point was it advertised for $12,000. The final price, including tax, title, license, and bank fees, does indeed total approximately $33,000, which aligns with the pricing provided to Ms. **** during her interaction with our sales team.

We hope this clarification addresses the concerns raised by Ms. ***** Our goal is always to provide clear, transparent, and honest information to all customers, and we are committed to maintaining a high standard of service at *************************** Should you require any additional information or documentation regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us directly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:
Once again I made it clear that I dont want credit pulled or to be apart of the loan ! When I asked about the form the gave me regarding my information Mr **** lied and said no we wont run your credit its to add more income into Mr ****** application for better approval . NOT ONCE did any employee from this establishment say to us hey he needs a co signer ! Im very disappointed with how this business is making it seem I willingly gave my info to be a co signer when I made it very clear mult times !! Mr **** also lied about having mult approvals but then turned around and said if they put my info with my dad info it would help I again stated I didnt want to be apart of his loan and walked out after seeing they ran my credit through mult banks. I want the inquiries removed from my credit report ASAP. This is so ridiculous. They lied the entire time and again not once stated we were asking family members or using our info for co-signers until after they ran out Information thats not right at all ! If we knew he needed a co-signer we would have left at that time . Please remove those inquires from my report
    Sincerely,

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. At 615 Auto Sales, we take transparency in the financing process seriously, and we regret any misunderstanding.
When you signed the credit application, you legally authorized us to submit your information to lenders for financing consideration. This is a standard requirement in the automotive finance industry. While we understand you may have verbally expressed concerns about being a co-applicant, the signed credit application provided the necessary consent for us to proceed.
Regarding credit inquiries, 615 Auto Sales does not have the ability to remove them. However, wed like to note that multiple inquiries for an auto loan within a short period are typically grouped as a single inquiry by credit scoring models to minimize impact. The timeframe varies by credit bureau, generally ranging from 14 to 45 days.
If you wish to dispute the inquiries, we recommend contacting the credit bureaus directly. We remain committed to ensuring a clear and fair financing process for all our customers.

    Sincerely,
    **********************

I purchased a vehicle from 615 auto sales with a clean title and Carfax. I had the car for 13 days when the transmission went out. I then contacted 615 and they advised that they could do nothing for me as I already purchased the vehicle. I told him I spent $15,000 to get this car and I should be able to go further than a couple hundred miles. they did nothing to help out and I contacted some previous employers who worked there and they also stated that they sell cars that look good but ultimately have mechanical issues and they dont care if they sell them. They just need a make money I dont want to go through , they pay people to provide them good reviews on ****** and ********* I was one of those people where they paid me 50 bucks to provide them a good review. I believe this should 100% be investigated for fraudulent activity. I will provide any documentation that is required

    Business Response

    Date: 05/21/2024

On July 11, 2023 *************************** came into 615 Auto Sales to purchase a vehicle.

He selected a 2019 ****** Sentra, which he test drove and liked.

Before ****************** purchased the vehicle, 615 Auto Sales.com had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic at the auction where the vehicle was purchased.  After the vehicle arrived at our store, we went as far as having a 2nd inspection done locally at a mechanic shop in ***************  It passed that inspection as well. We had no problems with the vehicle while it was on our lot.

****************** also test drove the car, and it must have been satisfactory to him because he purchased the car.

****************** signed 4 separate documents stating acknowledging that he understood this was an As Is No Warranty Sale.  This is standard policy for all used vehicles in the state of Tennessee.
He was also offered the option to purchase an extended warranty on the vehicle which he declined.

As an added courtesy, we offer the option to take the vehicle to a mechanic for a separate inspection before purchase, which he did not do.

As with any used or new vehicle, things can happen to a car that requires repair.  This is why we suggest every consumer purchase the warranty.

Over a month after he purchased the car, on 8/14/23, Mr. ******* called the customer service department stating that the vehicle

had been running fine, but the Air conditioning suddenly stopped working.  Later, he said the vehicle failed to start.

Based on the As Is No Warranty sale, most dealerships would have told Mr. ******* to take his vehicle to a mechanic and have it fixed at his own cost.

Instead, we went above and beyond and offered Mr. ******* $200 as a one time customer retention check.

The customer accepted the $200 on 8/15/2023, and he signed a general release.  We never heard from the customer again until today.  We had no idea that his vehicle needed a transmission or was more extensive that what he had originally suggested.

Although we are sorry to hear that Mr. ******* had problems with the vehicle,

he is responsible for the maintenance and repair of any vehicle that he owns.

We would be happy to try to trade him out of the ****** Sentra.

I am rejecting this response because:

    1) I have proof of previous employees that they sell junk vehicles to us.

    2) I never received the check

    3) I contacted them one day after receiving the car and told them I had a light on for the sensors. I then continued to have issues with the car afterwards as noted below.

    4) When the car broke down and they towed it back, they only were able to sell the car for $1000. Which shows the car had mechanical failure after only own for two weeks.

    5) I have proof as well that they will provide every client that comes in a free 50 bucks or free. Fill their car just to write a good review.

    6) I just do not want this place to continue to be able to sell cars to people that is junk. They make them look good on the outside and then mechanically the cars go wrong. There are previous employees *** spoken to about working here and the types of cars they sell out thousands of dollars because of This business and I dont want others to have the same issues.I will provide any other additional proof you need

We operate our business in the same manner as every other car lot.  We purchase our vehicles at Manheim Auto Auction and from car rental facilities that are selling their excessive fleet.  Vehicles are inspected by an outside mechanic before sale because we do not have a mechanic on staff or a service department.  We offer free carfax reports on every vehicle on our website as well as at the dealership.  All vehicles are sold As Is No Warranty in accordance with state law.  It is up to the consumer to be diligent in checking over any vehicle that they are purchasing from us or any other used car lot.  The customer had the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected before purchase and did not do so.

I am unaware of any issues with prior sales people, but I can tell you that we have a wonderful staff that has worked here long term.  We also have fantastic reviews with a 96% and up positive rating.  If we were bribing customers to leave good reviews and they were unhappy with their purchase, they would remove their good review and replace it with a negative one.

I wish the customer the best, but ultimately we did our job in offering the vehicle at a reasonable price.  The customer chose to buy this vehicle of their own accord.

We bought our car last June, check engine light came on the next day, we notified them and we brought our car down, they kept it a week, they said they would get the brakes and right CV Joints as promised when bought and see whats wrong, at that point, it was coding for a transmission actuator, little did we know it already needed a turbo but wasnt aware of that until later, but the car lot was. So we dropped our car off and came back a week later, they said they would order the part and call us. We picked up our car and they had done nothing to it and one of the mechanics knows this, he said it happen before the management change but idk. Ok so we waited and waited and get a call months later asking us if we want the turbo for our car well originally it was coding for an actautor but then later on coding for a turbo so the guy, supposedly new management called a few months ago told us he was gonna get it set up to get our car brought in to the mechanic next door so 2 weeks later i call and make arrangements and they said they needed to make sure they had the part, at this point im irritated already, we had been trying to get our car fixed for 6 months. So no appt set, no phone call so we call back at this point the lady in customer service lied over and over and refused to fix the car because it had been over 30 days but they allowed us to ************* up, when getting to the mechanics shop her mouth literally dropped when they refused to fix it and only give us a part, at first we thoguht it would be fine but they knew what they were doing because we cant afford to buy all the equipment my husband will need overall to do the job, the lady from the mechanics shop told us that she told them over *****xs to get us in there, they were literally less than a mile away we would of def been there she also told us that that part had been there since June but we bought the car in June and knew nothing about a needed turbo so they had got the part before the we bought it.

    Business Response

*********************** and ************************* purchased a ******************* June of 2022.   There was an issue with the turbo, so ************** ordered the part for the vehicle.  We were in contact with the customer multiple times about taking the vehicle to the mechanic shop to get the part installed.  There were occasions where we scheduled an appointment with the mechanic shop (not affiliated with 615 Auto Sales.com), for the customer to drop their car off, and they failed to show up.  The part ended up sitting at the mechanic shop after we had paid for it, for several months.

Almost a year later on April 5, 2023, the customer called into our customer service department. **************** explained to the customer that the part had been ordered as soon as they purchased the car, and it was up to the customer to show up for any prior scheduled appointments.  We have contract signed by us and the customers that the repair needed to be completed withing 30 days.   Because we had already paid for the part and it had been sitting at the mechanic shop for 10 months, in an attempt to provide good customer service, ************** was told she could still go to the mechanic shop and pick up the part that we paid for.  She would need to have it installed at her own cost.   She appeared satisfied with that and said that her husband would put the part on.

615 Auto Sales.com considered the case closed and did not hear from the customer again until she filed this complaint.

While we apologize that the customer feels they were inconvenienced, we did our due diligence to take care of this back in June, July and August of 2022.

If **************** and ************** wish to trade out of the vehicle instead of repairing it, we would be happy to have the chance to earn their continued business.

    Business Response

**************** purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport from 615 Auto Sales.com on 3/31/22.  All used vehicles are sold "As Is-No Warranty", and **************** signed on 4 separate pages of her contract acknowledging that she understood that.  In fact, she chose to purchase an extended service plan through ************ to protect her after the sale.

This vehicle came to us with a clean carfax and no announced issues.  Upon arrival on our lot, we had the vehicle checked over by an independent mechanic who confirmed it was in good working order.  We also took it through emissions testing and it passed with flying colors.  The only additional work we did to the vehicle was have an oil change done as part of the regular maintenance of the vehicle.  The vehicle worked and ran well for us during the time we had it on the lot.

**************** says she had information that we had problems with the vehicle before she bought it.  There were no mechanical issues with her car whatsoever while we had it in our possession. We run a good clean business here, and we would not sell a car with a known mechanical problem.

Unfortunately, as with all used vehicles, things can break on a car.  Although we apologize that **************** had an issue with her vehicle, we are not responsible for those issues.  She is correct, we would have advised her to contact her extended service plan for claims on any issues with the car.  That is precisely what her service plan is for.

************ company is not affiliated with our store, and they sell different levels of coverage that provide repairs for certain or all parts of the vehicle.  It sounds like she had an issue with some of the repairs not being covered by the service plan.  Although that is unfortunate, perhaps those parts were not covered by the service plan she selected, or perhaps coverage was denied for another reason.  Those types of concerns need to be brought to the attention of ************.

    Sincerely,

I traded my car in to this place back in July 2022. At the time, i asked about my tag registered on trade and they said they would send me another tag. After receiving second temp tag from the lot, I called because it was fixing to expire. They are now saying that I transferred my old tag. I explained that I did not and they are saying that is what the paperwork shows. I have now had to take time off work to file a police report and get a new tag. They told me all I would have to do is go to dmv and apply for lost tag. When I got there I was told I have to file a police report and come back. The lot is not willing to help me and now I am having to come out of pocket three mo ths later for new tag.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/22/2023

****** and ********************************* came into 615 Auto Sales.com on 6/9/22 and purchased a 2019 ****************** the time of sale, they were charged $33.00 for a tag and title fee to transfer their tag.  It is clearly shown on the bill of sale.  Price for a new tag is $117.  Both the seller and purchassers signed and agreed to the terms of the Bill of Sale at the time of purchase.

The title office uses the information contained in the customer's file for title processing as well as the price the customer was charged for the tag work.  The paperwork in the folder clearly indicated that Mr. and ********************** had been charged for a tag transfer, and included the necessary copy of her registration for the vehicle she was transferring the tag on.  The paperwork was sent to the clerk's office and came back transferred as requested on the Bill of Sale.

Upon hearing from the customer on a later date that she had not wanted to transfer her tag, I explained that the process had been completed per the paperwork in the loan and the price she was charged.

As a courtesy, I took the time to call the clerk's office and see if they would issue a new tag instead.  They said they could not do that, and the customer would need to file a police report that the tag she transferred was missing or stolen.  She would then need to come to the clerk's office with the paperwork and pay the difference for a new tag.

While we apologize that there was an issue with her tag, the paperwork was completed as agreed to and signed by us as well as both Mr and ************************  There was no error made within the title clerk department, and no way for us to change it after the face.  We sell 150 cars per month and complete tag transfers and new tag work on a daily basis. The customer's file has been checked and rechecked, and there was no error made on our part.

We apologize for the inconvenience to the customer.

    Sincerely,

On septembet9,2021 I purchased a car from 615 auto sales and I asked for a warranty due to all the issues I've had on their vehicles. Was assured the warranty would cover parts being replaced. Put in for a warranty and they denied everything even though they approved for me to get my washer replaced. A week after I bought it my traction went out my brakes went out and my horn went out. Also my windshield wiper pump went out They got new management so I called today to speak to someone. Everyone I spoke to refused to tell me their name. I then asked what they can offer and they only offered for me to bring it in and to go through their repairs place. He admitted they didn't start doing inspections on cars til 7 months ago 3 months after I purchased my car. Then he hung up and was very unprofessional. Now I'm stranded 30 minutes away from my house due to my car not being driveable.

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/09/14) */ All vehicles are sold as is in the state of Tennessee. ********** would have received a pamphlet with her purchase showing what her warranty covers. Some warranties cover certain things, others are mostly bumper to bumper, but there are always exceptions. The warranty company is not affiliated with 615 Auto Sales.com. Any issues with claims being denied, must be taken up with the service plan. In addition,I have no record of this customer contacting our customer service department, which is available M-F 9-5. Customer service is run by a female, so I have no idea who ********** would have spoken to, as she states she spoke with a man. We have not had a change of management recently, and we never withhold our names from customers when they call. On the contrary, customer service is always based on great communication. Good, clean business is our motto. While we are are apologetic to hear that ********** has had trouble with her vehicle, we were completely unaware of any issues that she had, and customer service has never spoken with the customer. She waited until 1 year after purchase to reach out to notify me of this problem. Ultimately it is up to the customer to maintain her vehicle. I recommend that ********** again contact her service plan for resolution of her automotive repair claims. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/09/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I called 615 auto sales directly and there was no woman that answered and I didn't wait until 1 year to contact them. I've been contacting them with no response or telling me to callback giving me the run around. And yes they did have something to do with the warranty because they added it in and I don't want it because they mislead and told me at 615 auto sales that they made sure it was a great warranty. This is the 3rd car I purchased from them and this is not the first time this has happened. I even asked to speak to the manager or the owner and they told me that it was a man and they were under new management. This was the worst experience of my life and I will never buy another car from them my car is still not fixed. The person who claimed to be the manager of 615 auto sales told me they have never done a inspection until 7 months ago when they got new management. Please don't insult my intelligence by making it seem like I waiting a year it just made a year last week I been calling for months

I went to 615.autosales on 07/22/2022 and purchased a vehicle. A ****************. After all documents were signed I sat at the dealership for over 5 hours trying to purchase car insurance. I was unable to obtain car insurance because I don't have a drivers license. I only have a driving permit. The vehicle was never in my possession due to not being able to obtain car insurance. I had to leave it on the lot. I contacted the car lot to see if I could just get my $**** down payment back and I was told that I couldn't because I have drivers remorse. Drivers remorse is honestly not the issue. I have no license and can't obtain car insurance. I was completely unaware about the car buying process and of course they made everything sound excellent. I just didn't know that I couldn't get car insurance with a drivers permit. I just don't want to be taken advantage of. Please help. I'm not sure how to move forward with this issue.

My complaint is against ************** ************** *********. This business made promises to me on two separate occasions which cost me $246 in transportation back and forth to this car dealership. They are dishonest people who mislead and lie to people to get them in the doors of this establishment with promises they never intend to keep. Even after specific questions they were asked so there would be no confusion over the phone and even after explaining the difficulties I would endure making the trip as I am a permanently disabled person. They have no regard for business ethics and definitely showed no human decency.
