    They way the office staff (man) talked to a single mom that has been without a dryer for 2 months was extremely disrespectful and not ok. Especially after your company has been out 5 times and guessed on 5 parts that have not solved the problem on a 6 month old dryer under “warranty”. I’m sure you will lie on your response as you lied to me about your “handwritten” notes in 2023. Get it together.

    ** *****, I do understand your frustration with your dryer but everything we do is backed and in most cases we are required to do from the manufacture for a repair their approval for payment. Your dryer problem was even harder to diagnose because it would run for a while fine then quits as you know. Now here is the big problem for Gabes Electronics, you were yelling and cussing to our staff on the phone, Yes we all could hear it from that triage tech's phone. Our employees do not get paid to take yelling and cussing from you nor any other customers. Our policy is to stop the call when a customer starts to yell or cuss to any of our employees as you did, I wish you a good day and hope you can understand this.

    I never once yelled until the guy I was talking to was repeatedly rude and said things that were not true. I’m not ok with disrespect so yes, I said, * *** and hung up. After two months of not having a dryer, him telling me I called in a ticket for it not heating, and his repeated and obviously lack of care/customer service skills.. it looks like you need to address him directly. He deserved more words than that. My review of rudeness from office staff is not the only one.
