Basement waterproofing service was performed in October of 2022. Total charge was over $15,000 and water is still entering my basement. They gave me the option of a 10% discount or upgraded service sump pump, I received neither. My basement looked like a bomb went off with dust covering everything. They used no tarps or filters, left a mess and came back to clean some of it after I complained. We have had several services to clean up and had to throw many of our belongings away. Our basement is still taking in water, water is seeping through cracks in the floor - I have notified the company, ****, and *** - no one has ever been back to my house after multiple promises. I have sent them pictures via email Dec 15 2022 and they said they would be back the following week, they were not. Again on March 2023 with no response. In between these dates, I would get texts and calls that someone was coming, but no one ever came. No refund has been offered, no further work and no regard to the additional money I had to spend to clean up the mess left in the basement. This company hasnt kept its word or guarantee and overcharged me as well. We have several photos from different rains and none of them have been addressed.
