Basement waterproofing service was performed in October of 2022. Total charge was over $15,000 and water is still entering my basement. They gave me the option of a 10% discount or upgraded service sump pump, I received neither. My basement looked like a bomb went off with dust covering everything. They used no tarps or filters, left a mess and came back to clean some of it after I complained. We have had several services to clean up and had to throw many of our belongings away. Our basement is still taking in water, water is seeping through cracks in the floor - I have notified the company, ****, and *** - no one has ever been back to my house after multiple promises. I have sent them pictures via email Dec 15 2022 and they said they would be back the following week, they were not. Again on March 2023 with no response. In between these dates, I would get texts and calls that someone was coming, but no one ever came. No refund has been offered, no further work and no regard to the additional money I had to spend to clean up the mess left in the basement. This company hasnt kept its word or guarantee and overcharged me as well. We have several photos from different rains and none of them have been addressed.Business response

My parents ***** and ***** ****** had waterproofing installed in their home in 2008 as they were/are having issues with water getting into their home. AllDRY came out an assessed the situation and put a waterproofing system in the basement of my parents home for $8000. To this day there is STILL water coming into basement are and garage area of my parents home. The ALLDRY warranty is a lifetime warranty and I want ALLDRY to come and fix the continuous water issues at **** ******** Dr. I also have multiple pictures of continuous water issues on file.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/07) */ I CALLED the # you gave me 2 times last week with no answer . After my call Friday am 6/3/22 decided to visit property . Knocked on front door & no one came to the door . I did an outside inspection and took pictures . Made lots of notes and then got a call from Ms ******** . We had a talk about the problem & her point of view of what we did wrong concerning her mothers home . She stated to me that another company had explained what All Dry did wrong . So I asked her if water came in thru the garage where her outside grate drain had overflow to garage . Her said it gets clogged up every year and she believes All Dry should be responsible . ( I have pictures of it ) . When attempting to explain that home maintenance was needed to prevent the problem , she wasn't happy . We agreed on a date of June 16th , 12:00 noon for me to inspect the home . I explained that she will get a call from me to confirm the day before Thank You , **** ******** , President All Dry , Inc XXX-XXX-XXXX Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/06/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) **** is coming on 6/16/22 BUT I do not approve of him just showing up at house unannounced!! Also **** mentioned we have gutter issues? If all we needed is new gutter then WHY did **** sell us waterproofing system that doesn't work??? Also **** never stated outside drain would need to be maintained! Also **** and his people did not clean up after themselves once job was completed. We had another company come out for a second opinion and they stated ALLDRY did NOT put in correct system. I am hoping **** will come look at water issue and FIX the problem.Initial Complaint

All Dry Basement Systems installed a SumpPump system in home to help with water control. All Dry Basement systems is a patented system with a lifetime warranty. (Patent no ********** Over the last 3 months, I have noticed an increase in moisture and spotted mold evidence in my basement. Moreover, the wood flooring has buckled showing evidence of moisture. After the following attempts below, I have not been able to get All Dry to honor a service call! 7/16/21- Barbara took message for the office- no return call 7/30/21 Sierra stated called for on-tech dispatch -no return call, no tech dispatched 8/3/21 Shonice sending on call tech 8/3/21 Call received from Nick C*******- Stated will be onsite on 8/9. 8/10/21 Nick C******* sent a text stating he had family emergency- no show 8/17/21 Sent text to Nick C*******- no reply 8/23/21 Sent another message, Nick said 2 more weeks- no-show All other attempts to reach Nick C******* by phone, text and VM have been ignored. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/07) */ Alldry warranties treated areas of install date for 20 years and sump pumps for 1 year. We have experienced flooding and staff shortages due to Covid illnesses. We have Mr ******* on the schedule for this Thursday to estimate and provide a quote to update the pump and possibly treat the untreated areas.
