    On Febuary 6th, 2022 I purchased from Brittany's after dark bakery (a Facebook page for 'adult' themed back door advertising bakery creations she was selling for Williams Family Bakery, for Valentine's Day). I paid my invoice that day in the amount of $53.50. I paid using the square invoice I had received via email. The day before Valentine's Day, she showed me the product and it was NOTHING like the advertisement photo. The product looked like a failed Pinterest project I could have made myself. I asked if it could be fixed to look more like the original ad and was told "that's the best they can do". I asked for a refund and she told me it was to be issued in 3-5 days. I reached out on Feb 23rd when I still had no refund. She told me the refund had "failed" but had no explanation. She said she would try again. Feb 25th, I asked again, stating I could also accept a refund through cashapp, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay. She said she tried cashapp but was over her weekly spending limit on it. I was told "you'll have to wait, I'll call square". She has repeatedly ignored my messages (though she posts constantly in the brittneys after dark bakery Facebook group and is constantly online and able to see my messages) and continues to push me aside with my concerns regarding the refund. I still have not received any refund at all. She has now REMOVED ME from the Facebook group, taking away my ability to access her original advertisement posts. I am severely disappointed in the very unprofessional conduct of this 'business' owner and will be pursuing legal action if her actions aren't rectified. I'm requesting a refund and compensation for my time and energy involved in correspondence regarding this matter.
