            We had to have our bathroom remodeled due to roots. Insurance was going to pay for it provided we sent them proper documentation. We let this company know that we had to have detail invoices and they said they would send what was needed. We paid them $9400 for the remodel and we did not receive the detailed invoice (scope of work, materials, etc) like they said they would. We have been contacting them asking for the correct report and they said they would send but have not sent and now they will not respond. The original invoice was sent September 11, 2023 and we have been trying since that day to get the correct report. We can not file with our insurance until we get this report.

            The owner of Wilkerson tile is unprofessional and untruthful. Made promises of completion dates, took deposits and then claimed the estimate was no longer valid and the deposits non-refundable. I have accounts of six dates of correspondence, an estimate for $10,768.00 and a cancelled check of $5,000.00. He also accepted a $2,000.00 cash deposit. This job was to demolition the main level kitchen island, build a new island size 7x4, add some tile, quartz countertops new sink and faucet, backsplash including prep and materials. This quote also included a minor job in the basement which involved pulling up a small amount of carpet around the bar and adding some of our existing tile and some tile purchased by the company. The company completed this job and did it correctly. We would like some our our $7,000.00 deposit back. The estimate was on 5/20/2021. He and other employees promised multiple completion dates, then claimed the estimate was no longer good.

            Correction we started phase one of the project and completed it in our normal time frame of selection being made. The cabinets and top ordered were on a 22 week lea time and were over the budget we gave them Change orders get paid up front and in full normally but since I knew them personally and trusted them I ordered them any way. When David got sick Mrs ***** came in and postponed the job till health was better I did take a deposit of 7,000 cabinets and countertops were $9,700.00 just those 2 products only we are ready to install but then money was requested back now we are at a standstill the agreement is made to pay overage for materials already bought.

            His response is false. They never even came out to measure the cabinets. Having surgery did not hinder any deadlines that were given. Being 80 years old and not working there was plenty of time for completion.
