They have all pics&email To make this as short as possible I will sum this up (I have been in communication w/corporate who said I had to get the refund released from Hixson office before the corporate office could issue refund. I have been clear I will only communicate thru email in the event I need to take legal action against the company for all the reasons the Corporate office and Hixson office are aware of). Started denture process in 2019. To date I do not have dentures that I can wear & now have the six bottom teeth (that I initially requested they pull but they said no I needed to keep them)will now have to be pulled. The entire time I was going to Aspen Dental they never worked on my bottom teeth until they completed the top which took forever due to constant problems. They sent me home with top dentures and still only had temporary bottom dentures that I couldn't use bc the hooks that were to keep the bottom temporary dentures in place broke my bottom teeth which meant I couldn't wear the top nor bottom. I went thru my son's senior year toothless, my son's Air Force graduation toothless, the funeral of my son's best friend toothless, my son's wedding toothless and my daughters wedding toothless. Aspen Dental took from me what I will never be able to get back. I've lost friendships bc I will not go out in public out of embarrassment. If I go thru a drive thru for fast food, I put a mask on so they cannot see my mouth. I have my groceries delivered and I work from home. My health is declining due to limited food that I can eat since I haven't been able to chew. I did email the OM twice the week before last to let her know that I would be off a few days last week to meet with her. Never heard anything back from her. I had someone call the Hixson office and confirm the office manager was in the office to confirm she had access to my email. Want FULL refund ASAP incl what insurance covered as I no longer have dental cov so I can go elsewhere.Business response
