      Unfortunately had a terrible experience at Castle Dental. The staff not professional and could not solve my dental needs. I had a procedure done (root canal) and still resulted in getting my tooth pulled. Also they called the day before appt asking me to come in several hours early for my appointment which changed my entire schedule then I get to the office and sit and wait over an hour to even be seen and still ended up not getting third procedure. I wish people could be more professional and empathetic to the patients needs. I feel the entire experience and services are unethical and would not recommend.

      The patient came in last year and was told she needed a crown. She waited until January for the crown which turn into a root Canal, she got the Root Canal in January and waited until September for the crown. when she came in for the crown, the tooth was so far gone it need to be extracted.

      I did ask the patient the day before if she could come in earlier for an appointment, the dentist got behind on the patient that was there earlier .After the patient was taken to the back, I was asked by the doctor to refer her to another office, she had upset the assistants and she stop by the room where he was working on a patient yelling at him about the tooth that needed to be extracted. He said he did not want to do another Root Canal of her if she is not planning on getting the crowns.

      I went in and spoke to the patient and gave her two referrals.

      Not true I never yelled at anyone. I don't think there is anything to yell about. I asked the assistant how long would the appointment take since everything was running behind and the assistant stopped at the room while they were working on another patient and asked them how long would it take. I never said anything to staff while performing a procedure on anyone. I did not even ask a question your assistant asked the question. The reason I waiting on the crown was the price they did not add the price into the cost upfront and after the root canal was done. The first desk clerk told me she had made a mistake and need 2k more that I did not have. I told her it would be a few months before I could get the crown. Dentist told me it shouldn't grow that much cavity in such a short period of time not normal for most teeth. I could have had the crown done sooner however the staff did not offer in-house financing options. I believe the responsibility is with the staff. I should have been told my options to save my tooth that was not done. I believe it's unethical to not perform any medical procedure on someone because they ask one question about the procedure. Your staff is the one that implied things I will not even say because they should have never been said to any patients. The mistake was on Castle dental and they should have taken responsibility for that so we could move forward. I still have a crown that needs to be put into my mouth and I cry ever time I think about going back into that office. The things said and lack of professionalism is really disturbing.
