September 11 -12 2023 On September 11, 2023, I was notified by Weed Man that they were scheduled to come to preform aeration, seeding and fertilizing on September 12. On that day, I was in Munich, DE and as I was not home, I immediately called them to asked that they NOT preform the treatment. I have phone records showing that the call was made. I specifically said I was not in the country when a follow up treatment was preformed on September 8 for retreating the weeds and wanted to verify that the weeds were gone before proceeding with any more services. The person said they understood and said they would cancel the next day’s services. The following day, our outdoor cameras notified us that there was someone at our home. When my husband looked at the camera footage, he saw that the technician was servicing the lawn. I immediately called the Weed Man office to tell them to stop the treatment. The lady I spoke to said she would call them and tell them to stop. A few minutes later, she returned my call and said she was sorry that somehow they had an issue with cancelling the service in their scheduling system and that she thought that they had already completed some of the service but that they were asked to stop. I have phone records confirming these two calls. A few days later I received an evaluation of the service they did, and I replied that I asked for the treatment not to be preformed and that this was “not well done” by them. To date I have received three invoices for the full amount of the service. I have tried to speak with them and sent them records that I cancelled the service on September 11. They are claiming I never called on the 11th and only called on the 12th after it was too late to stop the treatment even though I have sent them proof that I called on the 11th. I do not believe that I own them for this unrequested service.Business response

After digging into our communication logs, and reviewing the documentation provided by Mrs ******* (as well as factoring in the 6 hour time difference Munich to Chattanooga. I will be personally contacting her to resolve this situation.Initial Complaint

This company calls my phone every single day trying to sell me their services. They have called me over 100 times in the last 3 months. I have never, and will never, ever use their services.Business response

Mr. ******, you had submitted a quote request (and provided your address and phone number) via ******** on 5/27/23. Our internal notes show we have called in response to your request 14 times over the past 8 weeks. In an effort to not hear "they never called me back", our advisors will follow-up until they connect. Simply letting us know you are not interested, would have ended the calls. I have noted your account "do not call". Thanks for your interest!
