We needed to sell my brothers house and I had no idea what to do. I meet Thomas and he was great. He did exactly what he said he would do and more. I would recommend Thomas and Lee to anyone selling their home. It was the easiest thing I’ve ever done because they took care of everything. I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I were looking for a way to downsize in retirement. We knew our home needed some updating we had two mortgages to pay. We contacted CPS to see if selling our home was an option under those circumstances. Lee sat with us and explained their process, made us an offer that provided us with the opportunity to downsize. The process was very easy, very convenient and went exactly as described. All encounters were positive and upbeat. Closing was easy and no stress. We would encourage anyone that is looking to downsize or sell a property to give this group a call. There is no pressure tactics to sell and they are very down to earth with any situation. I needed to sell my run-down home quickly. Had recently been widowed and felt such internal need to move from the house we raised both our kids in, but didn’t want to take the time to renovate the way the house needed. I tried other means, but ran across an ad for Chattanooga Property Solutions, and within 4 hours, Lee walked through my door. There was no pressure. He spent time hearing my needs, made a very reasonable offer on the house, and encouraged me not to take it until I had talked with my family and compared what other companies might offer. I felt peace and a burden lift off my shoulders before he left. The process closes quickly, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Absolutely wonderful! Lee made me feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment I met him. He came to my house and to my work to make things more convenient for me. We ran into some trouble getting the title released and they bent over backwards to help me and make sure my house was sold. Absolutely professional. Extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Working overseas and not being able to personally attend the closing of the selling of the property, they guided me through the process of getting everything done without any concerns or worries on my part. Chattanooga Property Solutions was a dream to work with. Living out of state and having a rental property can be very difficult, but they made me a great offer and took care of literally everything. They took all the stress out of selling the property. The process was seamless and I didn’t have to go out of state to close, which was a huge bonus. On top of that, I did not have to worry that my tenant would be pushed out or treated poorly. Having been jerked around by a TON of other people who called and solicited me to sell over the past 5 years, it was refreshing to know that they did exactly what they said they would. We even closed earlier than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
