I got a CPAP and started getting supplies in Oct. 2021. They filed ins. I asked several times about a bill, but did not receive one until Jun 2022 for over $700. I sent $200 on 7-1, $200 on 7-29, and $150 on 8-25. I called several times about an itemized statement, as it only had an amount. Never got one. I called about resubmitting the EOB to my secondary for 3 claims that were denied for no EOB. I was in the process of researching the ins payments when i received a letter from a collection agency for dates 10-14-21, 11-14-21, 12-14-21, 1-14-22, 2-14-22, and 3-14-22. Firstly, i want to know why my payments were not applied to the oldest balances. It looks like these charges have been unpaid for almost a year. In reality they had only billed me for 2 months, and what i paid should have covered these bills and prevented me from going to collections. Secondly, i want a list of what i was billed for. They have filed at least one claim a month since October, but i did not receive supplies every month. Thirdly, if the claims are legitimate, they need to send an EOB to my secondary for 10-14-21, 11-14-21, 12-14-21, 1-13-22, and 3-14-22. They also need to file my secondary for 4-14-22 (2 separate claims), 5-14-22, 6-14-22, 7-13-22, 7-14-22, and 8-14-22. They also need to find out why my primary paid the 1-13-22, 1-14-22, and 2-14-22 claims out of network, but none of the others.Business response

A team member from our corporate compliance department will review the account and reach out to the patient. We are working towards a resolution, but we aren't there yet. Consumer Response /* (450, 12, 2022/10/10) */ They reached out and we tried to resolve the issues. They could not explain where all of my money went, so they ended up issuing me a refund. We have closed the matter between us. Thanks for your help.
