I ordered a 18x20 carport from Quality Outdoor Products on 5/7/2021 from a dealer in Sweetwater, TN who told me to allow 60-90. He also gave me a fax number to where the order had been faxed and told me I could call to check status in a few weeks. I waited a month and called to check order status and was told it would be 120 days and they did not know why the dealer had told me 60-90 days. They said they would call me when it got closed to deliver time. I was called mid August and was told they were working on my order but there was a price increase in June of about 300.00 and did I still want it. I explained i had ordered mine in May before the price increase but would still take if I got before Labor day.. I was told it would be delivered by the end of August 2021. as of today September 29, 2021 it still has not been delivered and I cannot get in touch with anyone from the company. I have called and left a message to be called back and no one has called back yet. The last time I called was 9/27/2021 and a man answered and ask me to hold and no one ever answered the call. At this point I just want to cancel the order and find another dealer.
