A purchases product which was a garage over 6 months ago when they decided they were going to install it I have been giving 5 different dates and they never showed and I had taken time off to be there when they were going to install a garage. They finally installed the garage On a 11-09-21 The quality of work is It's a -10IA pitcher's 2 show what they have done. Roll down door is dented dented pay just coming off it is worn out it looks like it could be used and it's supposed to be brand new. I was lied to about who was doing the job I have been talked to by one person and lied to that they were bringing a crew in from North Carolina and everybody came from but he came from Knoxville the workers and I have video of them Didn't do much and the ones that did know they were doing and the quality work is terrible. Cancel payment until everything is rectified I would like some help on this issue. No one answers phones they do not want to hear complaints they are a bad company do not use them.Initial Complaint

I purchased a metal barn 20x20 with 2 12 foot lean to's and paid in FULL on 4/20/21 at Quality Outdoor Products of Arkansas I-30 Benton #1 location I also prepaid to have it set up on my property. "***" told me that at a MAXIMUM it would take 120 days and that they would call me to schedule delivery and set up. 120 days passed. I called. "***" couldn't find my invoice/order, he told me he would call me back the next day. He did NOT. I called again two days later and he asked me to send him a picture of the invoice. I did. NOTHING. No communication whatsoever. I called multiple more times. NEVER got an answer on where my barn was or when it would be delivered, I was told that my order must have just "Fallen through the cracks." on September 1st 2021 I canceled my order and requested my money back. On October 2nd I STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. On October 5th I called AGAIN. On the 9th of October I received a check in the mail for the amount of $3,703.22. I paid $5.861.63. I sent a message to CAL telling him that I wanted the rest of my money, I also emailed the company directly with invoice number and all the details. I have received NO RESPONSE. This company provided NO product, and NO service to me. Their customer service is beyond POOR. They are NOT reputable and they are thieves, evidently as well. The ONLY time during this entire fiasco that anyone from this company initiated conversation with me was on September 1st when I called to cancel my order. In just a few minutes " ***" called me back and tried to talk me out of canceling. This company is terrible. I want the remainer of my money back which is $2,158.41 My invoice number *****. I can upload a copy along with a copy of the "REFUND" check at a later date if needed.Initial Complaint

I ordered a carport from Friendly barns in Kingsport TN on 4/13/2021. They informed me it would be 10-12 weeks. At the 12 week mark I contacted the dealer, they directed me to call the company (what's the point of the dealer?) I did, they told me it would 16-20 weeks. At the 20 week mark I contacted them again, they told me due to someone being sick, and the hurricane, it would be another 3 weeks. Finally they call to schedule a delivery and install date(October 4th), that wasn't going to work, but informed me they could and would come the following Monday(Oct 11). Now it's October 11th I have had no calls, no emails, no carport, nothing
