My husband worked with a loan officer to refinance our camper in April.This was to be in both of our names and she failed to do so.She also added debt protection for almost $50/month that we were not offered at any time by her. The electronic signature pad was not working when he went to sign documents so without permission she signed his signature later in all caps. I have paperwork to show this.The wrong camper was added to the loan as well by the same officer.We discovered all of this in July and I called Leaders about it.I never got a phone call back about my concerns by the bank manager.Instead, my husband's phone was called and I happened to answer since he was busy.I was rudely spoken to when I told *****************************-the interim bank manager that I had called earlier.He confirmed the mistakes with my husband who gave me permission to handle corrections since he had work.We had all paperwork corrected after having to wait on the manager to get off vacation.Upon him being sick when returning, someone else finally handled the paperwork for us.We waited almost a month for corrections of crediting back to our principal the amount in debt protection we did not want.I went in today to report that the original ex loan officer also mailed my recently paid off vehicles financial institution asking for the title as soon as possible back in April when it had zero to do with our loan.Paperwork was pulled up that did not have my vehicle listed anywhere.Note that the manager couldnt log into the computer in this office and went elsewhere to retrieve this.I insisted on going with him and he told me to sit down or leave.He then asked for my VIN to search their records even though it was financed with another institution.Note he also called to check this away from the office we originally were in.When I told him I'd be financing all future loans and doing business elsewhere and that he had poor customer service skills he told me "Good. I'll be glad to see you leave."
